The bank is alright, its really annoying when I cannot use the service from 12am to 1am and also the online services they provide is very slow and it takes alot of time and effore if you have to call their service centre, the only reason I stick up with this bank is because its close to my University.

I used to work here a long time ago when it was then, Bank Utama ... service was fast and excellect and we got acknowledged by customers who frequent here for that. Now, everything has changed ... not as excellent as before, that's what I heard from the other customers. Anyway, I just go here to renew my car insurance & road tax, customer service is okay, but only when there's not many customers and one or two staffs there.

i wonder how they're working. and they even refuse to answer my phone call and how am i gonna settle my things up they're didn't pick up the phone? yguys should've use the ear aid so that whenever the phone rang, it can be heard!!!

Service was mediocre at best, staff had a hard time communicating or listening to my problems, and I have never received a helpful answer in all my visits to this bank. I'd steer clear of this one. The atms are great though.
