The sakes rep here are very good in giving you the appropriate system recommendations, according to your needs and budget. However, the technical staffs at the back there where you send your items for repair are quite dishonest, not that they steal or stuffs like that but asks for unreasonable fees for doing simple stupid things. They once wanted to charge me RM30 for simply resetting my modem, which I have done prior to sending it to them ... RM30 TO JUST PRESS THE RESET BUTTON???!!! Come on, even a small child can do that for free... Preposterous demand, insincere technical staffs there, simply trying to take advantage of naive clients.

Sometimes they have competitive prices during sales, but they are let down by a few very bad sales reps. Worst still there dont seem to be any managers there on duty at all. Also they wont answer the phone during lunch break (12-2pm).
Also beware pf buying laptops of custom build pc's from them, there are quality issues.

From the PC image Kuching. Spring retail shop. Bough a laptop ( Acer v 15 nitro ) for RM 3099. A poor quality laptop with lots of problems n bugs after upgrading the RAM from 4GB to 8GB...even forgotten to reconnect the internal part (sound drive).....a very bad customer service! After couple days the video driver malfunction as well... Most probably been broken by the technicians... Really pissed by the poor quality service provider.

You can have more choices on electronic stuffs (eg, laptop, projector, smartphone) compare to other places. Price is affordable.
