Amneties is ok. The foodcourt is too close to the hotel and it operates till the wee hour of the night. Noises might deter you from having a good night sleep. Cleanliness also a bit below expectation. Found a strand of hair in my folded towel.

Best hotel experience so far with my ad-hoc (unplanned) travels. Excellent customer service and value for money. This place is also very convenient: in front of it is a huge open air food court called the Queen Bee Food Paradise”, beside it is a McDonald’s and there is also a 7-11 Convenience Store (24 hrs) in the same block. Toiletries are complete (and more than I expected, with a razor and shower caps). The staff here are very nice and friendly. It is not that near to the city center but is between the airport and the center (say, the Kuching Waterfront). Due to what I have said above, this is still very strategic and convenient. Will book here again when I go back to Kuching.

It's a good place to stay & hang out! Staff is friendly and location have many food stall, it also have a big screen to watch football or other event (food management is great). Some minus point is room in hotel is kinda dusty and toilet design is quite weird (no towel hanger)

Budget hotel but with great food around. McDonald's is next to it as well. Great place to watch football at the food court outside of the hotel.

The receptiinist didn't explain the types of rooms. A word of advise, never check in to express room. It scares u off

Good location with food and mart readily available so you don't starve even if you are only hiding in your room. Comfy bed with warm covers for the cold night in a nice sized room for the price paid. Cleanliness though is a major issue; I don't think they even cared about it much seeing their rather careless attitude in cleaning the places that really matters most to human hygiene. *Shivers*

Location is out of city centre but easy to get around kuching using uber or grab, cheaper than taxi. Its a budget hotel and price is low so I don't expect much. There is a food court outside, only 2 Halal stall. A 24 hour McDonald just next to hotel. A 7-11 nearby.

Do not recommend to stay in this hotel.
Bad service, didn't change the bed sheet for few days & no refill the stuff which used and need to remind every time(tired), didn't clean properly the room still can see clearly the dust under the luggage stand, very rude the management staff when deal with the customer (what I heard is one of the higher position person), no water for shower & need to wait for the person to come to fix even past 10pm (paid for RM70 per night a room- a room without the intercom call phone every time need to went down to the counter to ask for the help).
After upgraded to the so call better star room (which cost more than RM100 PER NIGHT), no TV remote control, no hair dryer after received the hair dryer but can't work well even can smell burning inside the hair dryer (too dangerous). No convenience if u have a car need to use parking coupon.
Tired & speechless. Definitely will not go back or recommend there to stay such like as nightmare there.

Absolute thumbs up for the friendly, polite and helpful staffs, which is so rarely found in a budget hotel.
Nice design and convenient location for food and everyday items.

Nice and clean hotel for a good price. Very nice and helpfull staff, and they work very fast. Awesome place to eat, there is a little night market directly in front of it. A 7-eleven is 10 meters away.
Unfortunately it is far away from interesting areas in kuching. You will always have to take a taxi or the bus. Thus, I can only give 4 stars.

Tidak suka dengan design bilik mandi/toilet.saya rasa dinding kaca untuk bilik mandi perlu di tutup dengan langsir kalis air.tidak selesa dengn keadaan pintu atau dinding bilik mandi yang transparent.pintu bilik mandi perlu ditutup sepenuhnya dari atas sampai bawah untuk mengelakkan bau yang tidak diingini masuk ke dalam bilik tidur.#VERYBADDESIGN....
