bad attitude of staff , especially who answer phone call. Ask me to come and queue , not just helping me to check whether my account is ready. Lastly ask me to come at 4.30Pm(their closing time ) said that time is less customers......Why want to fool customers? Open a current account said need 7 days. but process on 2/4/18 with full document till today 16/4/18 not yet ready. still need to wait maybe a week.....(told by customer services). Hopefully with this review they can improve their services

Well. Long queues at the ATM but I guess this is normal considering it's the last day of the month. Not to mention I'm not here for the ATM.
Inside, one of the strangest phenomenon known to Malaysians are in full display. 50% of the counters opened when the queue necessitates standing. I never cracked the code how number of tellers are assigned at Malaysian institutions. Maybe it's the most difficult question to answer. More than world hunger. More than economic theories that actually work. Maybe even more complex than the discovery of black matters and the 5th dimension.
I want to believe that it's impossible to solve this. I really do.
While I wait. Two stars for you.
By the way, thanks for the free wifi that sucks less than other free wifis.

Worst Maybank Branch... Customer service bad, waiting time can be reach 3hours. wanna closed my current account here and move to other branch.

Prepare to wait .. ATMs can be more efficient. Frequent down time and lead to counter congestion.
