The room was okay. It has large room as well. There is complimentary water and it's clean. The bathroom is also big. Probably because we booked a big room.
However, the receptionist was rude. We've been here many times, because it's near Timberland Medical centre. The manager should train the receptionist to be friendlier to guest.
Well we went there last January and haven't booked a room through the apps, so we went there and asked on the spot. Her response was unbelievably rude. No booking no room, that's what she said in a rudu tone. Yes we know, that's why we asked if there's any room. Hopefully the receptionist will be nicer to guests.

Staff don't give smiling face.Complaints seem don't Room not totally clean Pillows case did not change every day.I guess so are bed sheet,if you stay more than one day.

The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Located within good food eating places. Easy parking and traffic i not congested.

Not that easy to notice from the street, but it's comfortable place to stay overnight. Their room are clean and wide enough. If I compare M3 Hotel with another hotel that I had been stay before, I would like to prefer this hotel. Also their much more vegetarian place for me to choose place to eat. Their toilet also wide enough, but I think that their sink not clean enough. But totally I recommend this for comfortable stay.

Simple budget hotel with nothing much to expect. While the floor and toilet is clean, the bedsheet is not changed regularly.

A very nice hotel. Unfortunately, you should not hire a bad customer service receptionist. The night shift male receptionist is not qualified at front office job. Terrible attitude and a total lack of customer service.
