Very frustrating service. Everytime we call for complaints, nobody pickup the phone. We will be entertained by a song which only promise of giving out good service. Even if we managed to report, it will remain as a report, no immediate action taken. No officers will come and investigate. The worst, no early notice of water disruption. Our worst experience was no water supply for more than 3 days, with no assistance to send clean water to us in Kpg Kuap, until the very last day. We have reported poor water pressure in the kampung, and yet no action taken.

The monthly delivery of KWB's bills in Jalan Mendu areas were never on time resulted in late payment/notice. This matter was brought up many times at the suggestion box but apparently no action taken. On few instances, I saw bill was placed near gates/water meter instead of placing into letter box. Hope KWB will take immediate action to rectify this situation as I think it affects many many residents in Kuching..

yesterday my mom went to pay bill at batu lintang , the service was very fast and good. And she want to thanks to the sweet lady who sit at Service counter no. 6 who returned the envelope with cash that she drop.
