" Just bought the tiles cost me more or less RM3,500 on 12.12.2017 and the understanding was including all the cost (transportation and handling the tiles) to my new house in Jalan Matang-Batu Kawa area BUT after that, they still charge me additional cost RM120 for the transportation.
