2015.. my jazz gd having power steering problem...Service Manager is rude and arrogant... asking 5 k to change the whole steering rack without testing .. luckly me honda dealer at Petra jaya save a lot of many...

Best Place to Service car ,have coffee and Tea while waiting,nice customer services, but servicing time is too long,need more improvement

Waste so much money and time didn't fix my problem, ask mechanic why? but reply with everything seems Fine. After that found a local mechanic point out the exact problem and fix it with just a RM3xx. All those analysis machine and "Honda professional mechanic" no better than a local mechanic. I should heard my warning from my friends and family at the begin never goes to them, so regret those money, time and trust waste on them!
PS:i hope there is 0 star but the minimum is 1 star... SAD

sales people are good... but not post sales service.. limited by the scale of place provided and mechanics they have.. nèed to book very much in advance and service to waiting customers below par to even perodua

Staff are good and friendly. Service is a bit slow,even with advance booking.
