The location is superb. Near to shopping mall and airport. Room are spacious. Breakfast is fantastic.

Imperial Hotel Kuching is the best place to stay in Kuching. Beside having the complete facilities such as swimming pool and fitness center but also the hotel building is connected with the Boulevard Mall. It is a must to stay in Imperial Kuching when visiting Kuching. However, It is my second time with my family staying at Imperial Hotel Kuching since last November 2014 and surely will come again to Imperial Hotel Kuching when visiting Kuching.

Attended an event here late 2017. Location is conveniently located near the airport. Ample parking lots, if not a little confusing. Parking lots are shared with the service apartment and shopping centre, so do look out for markings on the lift lobbies when you park.

This place is awesome and people are nice.This is a really big and nice hotel in this area. Rooms of this hotel is really big and nice. i loved the bath tab is was really nice and big. staffs are really friendly and they always have a nice smiley face. I enjoyed the food too. its near the airport so transport facility is also good.

Spacious room and great view of the city from higher floor. The hotel ground floor is linked to Boulevard Shopping Center. So at least you know where to spent your time when feeling bored.

Nice hotel and environment with shopping mall together. Great place for events or functions. Grilled Salmon is another satisfaction dish at the restaurant.

Decent hotel, clean simple room. Room service not up to my liking. The attached shopping mall is not very busy, there a lot of empty shop lots still. Convenient as the hotel is closer to the airport.

The banquet halls are new & fancy, washrooms are clean, seating and atmosphere are comfortable but there are not enough elevators in service and parking in the building can be difficult.

The service is great, and the staff ensure that your needs are met. Only issue is the variety of food is not that wide. They could do way much better. But for the price can't complain

Room is clean, no odours. Pool view is good. Staffs are friendly. Breakfast is average. Location is very near to airport, very convenient.

Just spend a night few days ago. Pro's; The receptionist was nice, very humble/ polite. Near to main road. Easily accessible. Reasonable price.
Con's; Really imperial mall? No toothbrush/ toothpaste provided in Super King Deluxe Room? Come on.... By the way, I would recommend this hotel.

Really convenient space as it's only a 10min drive from the airport. It's a shared building space with a shopping mall so shopping can be done downstairs. The breakfast buffet has great choices. Nothing much to complain about for the rooms but it hurts to say wireless connection isn't really reliable here. Would definitely consider staying here again when I come to Kuching

A recent modern hotel that lies in the outskirt of the city but close to Kuching Central (for Buses)& Kuching International Airport.
Has one of the largest shopping mall within the same complex with mainly lower end goods.

Its still a new hotel located in Kuching, it's a great place for family and business trip. Hotel is link with Boulevard shopping mall and across the road got few food courts serve nice local foods.

The facilities are good and complete. The rooms are big, enough for 4 people. The price is affordable.

Spent a night there for cousin's wedding. Food was OK. Can be improved. Love the room &my two toddlers can play safely in d tub. Counter service was efficient & was able to checkout swiftly although bringing luggage & stuff plus 2 toddlers. Short getaway for mom like me.

Stayed in the apartment with 3 bedroom, very spacious with big twin beds in 2 rooms and master bedroom. And it's besides the mall which is good for shopping and food.

Grand Receptions & Verities Foods options at under the one roof. Yes, I preferred One Stop Hospitality Choice with Them.

Prices are reasonable enough for what they've provide in their hotel. Their customer service counter and security at the main entrance sometimes might sounds a little bit impolite. Other than that the rest are great enough.

Clean and spacious room. Shopping center is right beside hotel lobby and very convenient to shop for any required necessities. Quite strategically located in the center of Kuching. Distance from airport is not far which is a thumbs up. Room rate is very reasonable.

Pros :
1. Good facilities (gym, pool, breakfast)
2. Building is attached to mall
3. Near place that sell lot of food, just cross the road
4. Clean and the room air conditioner is in good condition
5. Quite large room with a reasonable price
Cons :
1. The wifi quality is so bad, it is always disconnected to the point you don't want to use it anymore cause everytime we try to log in the wifi, it asks the username and password.
Note : you can leave your baggage to the receptionist if you come early and cannot check in yet

Still quite new. So should be ok all around. There's gym, pool & sauna to relax. Wifi is good. Attached shopping mall is a plus.

The best hotel in kuching that i've ever visit with their services and responsibility. So love it. And with their facilities such as: gym, swimming pool, etc. That's fantastic
