Good to shop conveniently and cooling too near Batu 10 Jalan Penrissen Serian road. M10 shops with restaurant is in next block. Batu 10 fresh market and eating shops nearby too.

Good mall but very poor counter services.can improve by open more counter to cope up customers long queue.

Great place for grocery shopping, the ambient quite nice and cool. Can get a great offer by Giant. The Uncle Jack restaurant by Giant was good if the chicken they deep fry was a new fresh cook chicken, cause sometimes people will get hard kind chicken. Yea i mean it and sometime they sell again the rice if few customer for that days. One most i like about Giant is,they restroom or Toilet. So clean and tidy and very good. Other mall was terrible about they restroom. But giant toilet can give 5 star for that.
At the other entrance got a street sales like kuih muih,satey,bbq chicken and other, can get a good delicious food there.

Convenient as I live close by. But security personnel mostly not helpful, usually gather & chat! When there are older customers they should offer to assist which will create better customer relationships. Once I asked for assistance, a guard just looked at me & did not even respond. I notice this is the usual local culture!!! Most floor personnel are quite helpful but some should have better product knowledge.

Seeing customer and staff argue about toys cars. Staff argue that certain cars have been 'book' by his own customer so cannot take and buy. bad scene.

Lots of choice but some items dearer than say uniko. Quality of good is high do expect to pay a bit extra. One stop shopping mall with more than adequate parking. Trolleys etc are in plentiful supply. Tills also quite fast. They also sell household items and bottled cerosine...hard to find in town

You get what you want here from your garage to your pots. Price is right and good quality. I buy only a cart of various goods but I will spend half of my day exploring all the goods display and I like it. At times you might find downgrade price and it is quite cheap but still had the quality.
