Horrific customer service, better than average rooms for the money once inside.
Arrived after booking on line and then spent 14 minutes at front desk who tried to find the booking.
I was tired and had just lugged a lot of luggage a LONG ways from the car port. By the staffs demeanor I assumed they just didn't have any rooms and no one knew how to tell me.
They checked my booking on my phone. Showed it to others and finally asked ME to print it out for THEM! Strong words were exchanged and I finally got my room which was nice - though no internet.
Next morning I wanted to extend. Lady strongly urged me to do it on line as their price is much higher in person. I do so and I head out to meetings in Kuching all day, leaving my stuff in the room.
They call in my meetings wanting to see my booking - can I print it for them? Could I at least run over and show then my phone? (I'm an hour away). They agree to wait till I return. I return tired spend a while at the front desk but they don't know what I'm talking about. I get new keys, go to room and sleep.
11:00 pm the loud room phone rings... It's them! The booking y were hoping I Could I come down and show them my booking as their system is down! I don't really get back to sleep...
Ate you serious??
I don't want to blame staff; many were nice. I imagine they have a very disorganized system.

Unfortunately, it was a bad experience for me with bad service. Complained to front desk, wrote a complain letter and email a complain email with no corresponding at all after two weeks. I only can say that a great treat to kuching can be spoiled just like that when you get a bad service hotel.

Loves the room design and its quality. Reasonable rates for its class. Location is strategically located beside Kuching International Airport and also surrounded by happening commercial centres. Pubs, bistro, cafe, restaurants, convenient stores, massage parlour, bank & atm are all within walking distance outside of the hotel. Their breakfast are just so so...

We got a Premiere Deluxe Suite for aprox $250 USD a night and actually used it for a mini conference/workshop.
The room was huge - I'm guessing 1,300' square and was more than enough for 16 people to work in comfortably and even to split up into separate groups. 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, separate bedroom and a table that easily accommodated 10 as well as one that accommodated 6.
It's close to the airport, south of town. Breakfast was excellent.
Only negatives were the beds were a tad on the soft side for my liking (though I like them hard) and the biggest bummer was how frustrating the elevator system was. Your card only worked for one floor, often didn't work even for that floor and there was a good chance you were sharing the elevator with someone whose card was working at the time.
