It’s a great bar. Great service. They offer food from three different restaurants: Vietnamese, local, and western. You order at Drunk Monkey and they go get it for you. Pretty convenient.
There’s one big problem, though: the drink prices are incredibly high. I paid RM40 for a mixed drink (I didn’t ask the price before I ordered, my fault).
I’ve traveled all over the world. I’m 41. That was the most expensive drink I’ve ever had in my life.
The next night, I went to one of their nearby competitors and got the same drink for RM15. That’s a lot more reasonable.

Super chill, open-air bar concept which is rather lovely. Tables are mainly outside in the cozy alley (which has trees and lanterns, what's not to love), but there are spots inside too. Great place to hang with your mates. You can also order food from the surrounding cafes and restaurants so that's a plus.

Nice little bar with lots of whisky selection.. u can order food from next door Wrong Place !
Grill Lamb and Fish and Chip surprisingly good! Chicken ceasar salad .. chicken so soft and tender ...

Came here with mates on a Saturday evening, and oddly enough they didn't serve cocktails. Apparently they didn't have a bartender on duty, which was odd. Ambience is actually quite nice, but service could be better.

I was here with my girlfriend and her friend, my experience was overall a good one, but I was mainly minding own business as my girlfriend was in a professional conversation with her friend.. like I said... I was minding my own business, listing to the GREAT music they play and ordering a couple of beers. But when we left my girlfriends told me she didn't liked the place because they treated her very unprofessional (impolite and unfriendly) so the 3 stars are because of that... Otherwise I would have given more.

Meet so many good locals people here, they very nice and friendly. The outdoor bar is very good with super chill atmosphere and tons of drinks choices.

One of the few places to drink at night in old Kuching. Nice to sit at the alleyway but unfortunately closes tad too early

It has a really nice rustic atmosphere oozing with nostalgia, owing to the history of the locale and the alcohol selection is rather impressive, albeit truncated of late. The music selection follows a theme of the night and is rather eclectic. You would normally find the working young adults and the seasoned travellers frequenting this joint. I mostly endeavour to visit when I'm home visiting, so come say hi!

Happened on this by accident. (Shelter from the heat). Great decor inside, little alley with outdoor tables. Plus, some interesting graffiti behind the bar...

One of my favourite bar, with old school interior design look and jazz music playing in the house. This bar also have outdoor seating, where u can have ur cigarette and beer at the same time.

Really chilled out bar with friendly staff and decent grub. It's situated in the heart of Carpenter Street, which is a great location, and plays decent music while you drink!

Nice place but very expensive. They do have a great selection of Whiskeys though at around RM24 a shot/glass (2016)

Although they have zero cocktail choices. None good cider. I still like this place very much. Awesome atmosphere.

Beers variety are plenty but its mostly imported beers so prepare to fork out a bit more than usual. Drafts Guinness probably is the go-to drink here.
Hard liquor and wines are expensive but it shouldnt trouble many if you know your stuff. Not sure they have any cocktails but they do provide mixes for your liquor.
They are finger foods stalls around. Pricey but good selections, from nachos to smoked pork belly. The bar itself has chips or nuts.
Quality ambience and environment. One of the best in Kuching town.
