Wide selection of imported goods and produce. As for pricing, some products are more expensive than their competitors and some are cheaper. Parking is free if you spend more than 20 ringgit here. Hand your receipt and your parking card to the counter opposite the ground floor lift to get it validated.

Aweful services. Everyone seems busy. I had to call the store when I was IN the store, hoping to find the listed item. And Yeap. Everyone just too “busy” to pick up the phone. Crews are busier to plan for the holiday. Not being sarcastic but if y’all out of idea where to go, come to these guys. Shopping? You can travel down the road to the other store be saving MORE time in trying to get hope finding stuffs. Sounds like why can’t I find it myself? True. I tried. I think I can find it somewhere else too if I need to spend 20mins finding, 15mins waiting, 2 phone calls to the store while I’m in the store that never been answered. Right place to come if you have the whole day to spend on working day. Otherwise, come on weekend or never.

After one year of a previous remark on frozen ice cream, I am sorry to note that nothing has changed. Their very good and very expensive ice creams are spoiled because they have been unfrozen. Had a similar experience with a frozen pizza. So for me I stopped buying any frozen product af Cold Storage! A waste of good money. Am not sure that it are their freezers. Wonder whether their cold link from distributor to their freezer is always kept under the required temperature or whether there are moments that their frozen goods remain outside temperature controlled spaces.

Very much enjoy that they carry a great selection of quality imported foods. However, simply buying high quality goods & placing them for sale is quite useless if you don't maintain the quality & freshness of these food items. Cold Storage has recently added many fantastic imported ice cream products that cannot be found elsewhere in Sarawak. Ice cream must be kept completely frozen in a rock hard state at -29c to -26c for it to be creamy, smooth, & have good taste. If improperly stored or allowed to melt & refreeze it will develop coarse ice crystals & lumps of bad tasting matter. The ice cream containers in this Cold Storage always feel soft & half melted. Maybe the freezer units are not strong enough, or maybe set at too high a temperature. But one thing for sure is that all of the high quality frozen products at Cold Storage, especially ice cream, will quickly become substandard, low quality if the freezers are not set at low enough temperatures. I took time to write this as I hope the problem will be solved so I can buy their ice cream in the future. (I tried sending feedback via the Cold Storage website, but it wasn't functional)

Excellent supermarket with good management and cleanliness. The items are noticeably a little bit more costly compared to other shopping malls but if you're looking for imported products, it's definitely a good place to shop.
