So sorry to give this kind of rating. But i think it's important for the staff to upgrade their public relation skills. Is it extremely hard to give me a call or even a text to inform me about my loan application status. I've been wasting 2 weeks time waiting just to know my details didn't exist in the system. Tq for the experience.

no star should be given. very poor service. i was asked to hold the line and totally no one answer for 15 minutes. I hang off and call again but they hang off without saying a word.

Very unfriendly staff, I was rushed (as I needed to take a few seconds to read what to fill) to fill in a form which it did not solve my problems, no questions asked about what my problems were. It felt like they did everything just to satisfy the routine not to solve problems. Totally horrendous service. A waste of my time.

Bigger internal space, a lot of ATM & Cash Deposite machines. The staffs are kind and friendly. Service are fast and reliable.
