The staff were all very friendly as they were trying to assist us with getting to the bako national park and back. The rooms are very nicely furnished and the bathrooms are spacious.

Quaint and pretty decor. Modern. Strategic location. Close to Kuching Waterfront and shopping complexes. Prices are reasonable.

It has a very cosy atmosphere where you can truly relax and enjoy your stay. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Their food is also delicious as well.

Nice place, good central position, furnished with taste, clean, huge bathroom, staff is helpful and nice. Breakfast good, although quite limited choice.
Downside: price quite high compared to surroundings. We were given a room without window. Also, at night some continuous noise (probably the main building's air conditioning system was a bit disturbing).

This is a very homely Hotel. Very welcoming with a traditional drink. This hotel is so convenient cos' it near to tourist area and food places and shopping. When we want to buy Kueh Lapis, they drove to the special place to buy it before sending us to the airport. Very personalize service and very helpful in intro us to the best place to eat and visit. Highly recommended hotel and super value for money.

Central location, warmly welcoming, (the welcome tapai and cake are amazing), clean, creative and innovative approach to hospitality, interesting people to talk to, willing to share their knowledge of Kuching & Sarawak, and just so lovely and friendly that you really have to go back.

Located on busy road. Big construction site next door. Refurbished old hotel. No actual reception and various people were told rooms not ready. Room given wasn't the one we'd booked. Shabby lift and corridors. Many better hotels in kuching for less. We checked out and moved to a place nearer Chinatown.

A quirky, stylish hotel with wonderfully helpful staff who greeted us with a cold glass of tuak (delicious rice wine) and "batik cake". Breakfast is western-style only but there are plenty of places nearby for local food. Room could benefit from a little refurbishment but was clean and well equipped, though the bed was slightly too firm for my liking.
