This hotel is considered a three star hotel but I would classify it as a four star at least. The employees are fantastic and very helpful, the hotel is super clean with amenities like slippers, watery, coffee/tea, safe, fridge, etc.. food, shopping, site seeing surround you. Definitely worth the price and I highly recommend it.

Room smelly coz maybe carpet not dried in time.
Although shower room got curtain,but still water can hit da' toilet bowl area,makes floor wet all da'time.

I love it!. This boutique hotel is posh and centrally located in Kuching. Public amenities are within walking distance so easy for guests to physically maneuvering the city. The room facilities are above average standards. Comfy pillow, mattress, duvet and sitting chair. Even the floor is draped with carpet. The lavatory is decent although quite small, especially the shower cubicle. The aircond works well except a tiny leakage (room #126). There are a safe box and mini fridge underneath the cupboard, equipped with a torchlight. Coffee maker js provided as well. TV channels are good too. There a line telephone for guest to call other rooms and the reception. The welcoming staffs are very polite and friendly, especially Miss Nisa. She was very calm and professional during the checked in process.

nice and comfort hotel with affordable price. you will love the location. it's totally good location for food and also walk distance to waterfront .staying for 3 night there and the service is super good plus the staff really friendly. the only sad things is the air-con not really cold. sometimes sweating while sleeping😅😅 but overall is worth the price😊

I love the stay, book for 1 day but extend to another day as I was enjoying the stay. Location (superb), the front desk & staff at lobby ( the most wonderful service on this hotel): always smile & spoke in good nicely & fast services. Deco & setting area at lobby nice & useful for us. Clean. I will come back for a stay for my next visit to Kuching. Ur service are better compare to Merdeka Palace ( it's my own view after staying at both hotel).the price - so sweet ....

The hotel practises non smoking in premise. The buffet is limited..room is cosy. I got the room with window..its alwys good to wakeup early sunshine.

Helpful and friendly services from the counter, clean rooms, towels changed daily.
Strategic location: Maybank (opposite), a handful of massage places to choose from (along Maybank), surrounded by malls (Sarawak Plaza, 10mins walk to Riverside with cinema), 15mins walk to the riverside (stalls and night market along the river on Saturday evenings), and a variety of local Chinese food at the road behind the hotel (lunch hours only).

I stayed in a room without any windows. The room is a little bit humid and because of that, when you enter the room, you can smell something but once the air-conditioner were working, it was fine. Bathroom is big and nice but strangely there is no air circulation in the bathroom.
Location is great, near the riverside.

A high standard accommodation in the centre of Kuching. Rooms are basic but clean and fairly spacious.
