Skynet Kuching branch service is suck, mostly for self-pickup service not delivery service. And ABX Express service is worst than Skynet. So many excuses, no msg n phone calls at all, and they said i didnt pick up the phone, pfttt i've been stay at home all day lousy ABX

I have been waiting for my parcel for few days Keep saying that route scan POOR SERVICE If possible don't choose Abx Hoping for better service :)

Very extremely poor service. Two parcels were missing and the counter people kept saying the drivers are delivering them but the status never update and i didnt receive a thing week after week

Very poor service. Its already one month i still didnt get my parcel yet. When I call the office no one answer but when they answer i ask about the parcel they told they'll calling back and still no one call back. How long i need to wait actually??

Super poor service, the parcel already arrived Kuching 3 days ago, but till now we still not send out yet. Call the Kuching ABX center, but the phone will never pick up. Not sure is the courier service company still operate or close down??

I've been using ABX service for quite some time, the only problem that I encounter is slow delivery service.

沒見過那麼爛的服務，貨到了，打了家裡電話沒人接，就不打手提電話了，就直接講“No ANSWER phone",過了兩天打去客服，說會安排工作人員送貨，過了兩天依然音訊全無，再打過去客服，說會安排工作人員當日送貨，結果還是石沉大海。 PS.它們的客服打了幾百通可能才會有人接！！！
