Stay 2 night in different room. Cleanliness acceptable, aircond not really cool and water heater both in bad condition. Please check and upgrade.

The place is well furnished. Receptionist was polite. However there's very limited parkings for guests, hallway has cigarette smell and room smells musty.

So cosy n neat. The only thing is the malay receptionist talk unnicely with her colleague on the phone in front of customers. I dont think that should be appropriate. Other than that, i give this place 5 star n definitely would come again if i go to Muar next time.

Very bad service. No TV channel except TV1.. No wifi service.

Reasonable place to putting up a night stay. Very impressed as they provide a Nestle dispenser that with 3 selections of hot drink (White Coffee, Teh Tarik, Bonus Soya Milk) at open area free of charge for in guest who stayed in that truly a gimmick.

昨晚打了电话去订了 说有两间空房 让我订一间 还说好12点可以进 结果隔天去看 说客人刚出来 还没打扫 说要等到一点 昨晚订的空房呢？怎么有客人出来？这就算了 一点再去了 结果说还没打扫好 到底是有没有人在打扫？！一直拖一直拖 还说更高级的配套就可以马上入住 坑钱吗这是。！我没办法等了 也不知还要等到多少个小时 就拿更高的配套了我给差差评！！
