Enter my room, flush not functioning,toilet bidet broken, aircond so noisy, phone in room not functioning.
There is a lot of improvement need to be done for the hotel.To me they can start with the room. Its really need to be refurbished if not it is a shame to rated the hotel as a star hotel because it not deserved 1 star hotel where i ve been to better hotel yet it is not even a 1 star hotel.
Hopefully the management can approve the facilities. For now, it will be not my main choice of hotel if i go to Melaka

Hotel got 4 star rated, but should get 3 star for family customer. You can clearly heard people foot steps, talking outside. The bed smells of children pee. Anyway, its an reasonable medium priced hotel.

This hotel is just satisfactory.
We booked a standard room in advanced but upon checking in, we're given another room as the housekeeping had not cleaned it yet.
The room we stayed in was also not properly cleaned. The bathroom was very disappointing. It was a pain in the eyes to see the dirt between the tiles, on the sink, pipes and curtain shower. The bathroom hole was not cover properly. The tap handle was just a few centimeters above it!
The good side of the hotel is its location which is in the centre of the city. Its air-cond and shower are functioning well. It also provides a spacious room with various tv channels.

The toilet is way too small .. That's it.. overall it's just fine and the cleanliness need to be improve ..

Bathroom needs major scrubbing. Smoke smell in non-smoking room. The front desk staffs were friendly though.

Nice hotel away from the noisy touristy area yet near enough to nearby tourist attractions and shopping complexes. It's about 12 minutes walk along the riverside, and 13 minutes' drive to Jonker's Walk. Very affordable rates. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hot showers, clean towels and 3in1 shower gel and shampoo are provided. Very polite and helpful staff. Plenty of parking lots around. The hotel will provide parking tickets which can be used anywhere in the city. This is very convenient for guests.

Location is perfect. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Place is quiet with plenty of parking available. Near a laundromat. And if you ask, you might get an ocean-view room.

Very poor rooms and it cost me rm 260 plus plus on the online booking but it's not the problems of the prices because it's holiday period ... the problem is at midnight the electricity when off 3 - 4 times and so many noises ... i think they repairing something ... and in the morning the bathroom is out of water when i ask the reception they say maybe too many people's using at the same time ... wow good answer ...

If u want to stay at hotel, near to attraction places with reasonable price, Syaz Meridien is your best option. It will be better if breakfast os provided and enhance wifi signal.

Pretty close to places like Jonker Street and a few malls, so it is quite accessible. Beds are comfortable but WiFi connection is subpar. I been experiencing a lot of disconnections so make sure you choose a lower floor if you're booking for this hotel.
If you're driving there, make sure to take the parking coupons from the receptionist as the city council will conduct operation on a daily basis

I've moved at least 7 countries and had to stay in various hotels. I'd rate it best because I had to pay very less for a standard room (RM 105 including tax etc) which they upgraded to Delux room. It was great, I could view the sea, the room was well furnished, spacious, AC was good, cleaning was good, clean washroom and everything I could think of. I would rate it 5 for value of money.
