Good for travellers who are looking for a budget friendly hotel. Nice accomodation. Wifi will end at early morning. So must ask again for access at the reception

Very convenient location with a tidy and comfortable room. They do have parking but it's not the most accessible one.

Convenient location with walking distance to jonker walk. Small but clean and comfortable rooms with sufficient amenities in the room. Breakfast was however very limited.

Already posted positive comments about the staffs helpful attitude, from front reception to security guards, especially, the kitchen crews. A very delightful stay. Hotel us 3 star standard but clean and the staffs made our day.

Decent budget hotel with private parking. Located near Jonker street. Room noise isolation is close to nothing. Didn't try the breakfast as it looks miserable. Check in timing is at 3pm, don't bother trying to check in before that.

A good accommodation to stay! I stayed a night there with my parents and the location is very close to the main attractions. There are lots of parking at the back of the hotel (which have better access to lift). The room and bathroom are really nice plus the staffs are friendly too!

Beautiful hotel near Jonker Street (walking distance). Comfortable room with great hospitality. Parking provided. Not advisable to bring out your car during night because the street is so crowded at night.

This hotel is located at old town area of Malacca, where there are so many old buildings from the early 1900's. The hotel is good and quite cheap, which has old style interior. The receptionist was very friendly. The room also equipped with old style ornament. Close to most historical building and famous Jonker Street. Very recommended to stay here.

First , this accommodation is very near to jonker street. If you booking via online is more fastest and easier. But if walk in will be a longer waiting. The parking is just nearby Along that road which is opposite of Shell Petrol kiosk. If parking there must show to the person in charge of the parking lot. My pictures is showing the family room which have double queen beds. Air-condition is brand new so is very cool. But only the bathroom can be improve more because the water can be flow to toilet and the floor become slippery all the time.

Location is good. Adjacent to Jonker walk and other attractions.
Cleanliness: bad. Stained bedsheet, dirty towel.
Maintenance is poor. lamp not working. Bathroom facility is badly maintained.
Sound proof is bad. Could hear noises from the street especially midnight.
Breakfast is limited.
Conclusion: not recommended.

Convenient hotel in the cozy part of Melakka. Clean rooms, good bathroom. Our room had no windows but for us it was no problem if you spend the day outside.

Pros : Room is big and price is affordable. The place is relatively clean and staff is friendly. Location is good. It is located at the end of Jonker street. Cons: Minimal decoration and feels not as posh as other boutique hotels in the same area. Break fast not very good, minimal options.

Reception desk service needs improvement. Pillow cases didn't smell clean & fresh though they looked clean! Room was not cool enough. Won't be going back, for sure.

The most awful and terrible Hotel i had stay at malacca,booked for double queen size bedroom, the bathroom drain are stuck,when you shower you can enjoy a free "little flood show" while shower. Besides, there is a lot of long black hair(My hair is red colour and middle long,definitely not my hair)on the floor,and this make me think about, wow! The previous guest in this room was a pretty woman with a long black hair maybe? Room cleaning service is definitely bad!!!! The room is dirty!!!
The rates is expensive and this is not worth at all, the facilities is bad!!!
I WILL NEVER COME BACK THIS HOTEL AGAIN! STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!

good price, free parking, good location within Jonker Street.
The not so goods
Sound proof are bad, corridor walkway often noisy, footsteps are obvious as it ain't carpeted. Morning cleaner are speaking loud, noisy fr 7am onwards. wifi is bad ...

Very polite staffs, near all attractions, come with parkings, room is clean and tidy. Massage chairs in the lobby is exceptional!

The only desirable is probably the location, just 3-5 min away from Jonkers street.
I will try other hotels in my next visit, no pull factor for me to revisit this hotel.
I believe I can easily find conveniently located boutique hotel with better design and comfort compared to Swiss hotel. Nothing of Swiss quality.
Carpark available but limited.
Wifi is just hopeless. Get your mobile data if you visit this hotel.

Very convenient location for this mid range hotel. Perfect starting point to discover the old town in Malacca. Just walking distance from Jonker Walk and numerous restaurants.
Very nice and helpful staff. The room was clean but the shower drain was clogged.

房间还新，缺点就是热水不热，服务员竟然要我将水开5 ~10分钟热水才会来。那也太浪费水了
还有就是厕所没抽风设备，想象下只要有人在厕所开大的话，一开门出来满房间都是异味了。。这是不能接受的错误
