Please go to another bus company.. starmart service really sucks.. all staff members are arrogant.. even their hotline operators really2 awfull.. never ever use the starmart service.. no good at all.. 0/1000 mark..

The full package for total rubbish. Bus came late 1H with driver looking as ignorant as he can be. No food or drinks repetitively emphasized by the driver and no smoking sign in the bus but there he goes puffing in the bus, drinking and eating as he likes.
Avoid at all cost, other bus coaches are better

I would like to give zero star.. i had tried to give so much of chance taking this company bus.. now even one time it come on time yet i always check in 30min before departure.
Experined b4 waited in JB costum for more than 1 hour cause they asked to change tge bus in JB costum but the staff said particular driver dint pick up the phone.

Awful service. I didn't print my ticket so counter lady was really mad. I mean it's 2017, who prints anymore. Then we realized that I have booked for wrong day. She didn't help us in any possible way to find a new bus. We asked for some number that we can call to change the starmart ticket and she just marked some number in paper. With my Singapore number, I couldn't call and asked her for help. She looked over annoyed and said something in Malay. I am never going with starmart again. Then I went with KKKKL and had much better experience.

Very bad experience. We have a ticket from Malaka to Kuala Lumpur Airport. The bus came 1h 20 min late and the company didn't explain us the situation.

First time I took their services from Singapore to Penang, I was told we had to change bus at the Malaysian border. we waited for three, yes three hours, for the second bus which were not told about.
Now I'm in Melaka and I'm told the bus is delayed for another hour again.
No more Chances for you starmart.

We arrived at KLIA2 airport within time for our flight after being picked up outside the hospital, however, it was not as straightforward as advertised. We had to catch another StarMart bus (going to Singapore) to Melaka Sentral bus station (so wasted a journey to the hospital), where we were supposed to follow the driver's instruction. He had other ideas though and walked off with no explanation, we found their counter ourselves and worked out which bus we needed. Bus had comfortable seats and A/C, they lose another star because the driver was illegally using his mobile phone whilst driving for at least 10 minutes (it was the 10am StarMart express bus from Melaka Sentral registration number AKB5775, 9th Jan 2017).

Confusing bus pick up location, but the check in is in fact inside the medical center. Entrance beside the 711. Bus pickup just outside they will show you.
