Generally the food is good. But seafood is cooked too long, which result them in being on the tough side. Flavor is good and presentation is good. The giant grouper fish is awesome though. Lots of collagen and my favorite dish of all. The rest is average.

Food is good.. lots of space.. Chinese restaurant.. sometimes could be pack due to wedding dinner event.. overall is OK.. suitable for family and also business meeting lunch and dinner..

Well decorated, nice food to choose especially when you book. Even with VIP rooms for private gathering from two tables with karaoke. To entitle the room you need to order a certain amount to qualify. Take note of the good service that come with it.

Awesome food, especially the oat prawns with sweet corn. Great ambiance, Good for any wedding or dinner functions. Easy parking.

Fish is not fresh, prices are expensive. Their a la carte dishes are good during normal days. Avoid coming during Chinese New year.

Food is nice for its price. Not only from the taste but also the look of the food and the decorations as well. Nice ambience, and extra large high resolution projector for your event needs.

It's ok for a Chinese Restaurant like New Lagoon. Most of the staff here are polite and are here to greet you. As usual, you will be served with small snacks and tea before ordering your meal. The meals are fresh and mouth-watering. Certainly a great restaurant.

A restaurant that serves Cantonese cuisines. Food is well prepared and taste good too. Staff members are efficient and professional. Wide menu selections are available. Prices are reasonable. Handicap customers on wheelchairs can patronise this restaurant without problems. The restaurant is large and is able to handle large banquet easily. Also ideal for small groups too. Private rooms are available too. Parking are easily available.

Deem bad experiences in this restaurant.Reson being , food order was not compatible with the value paid.We having a table with shark fin, end up no shark fin menu..Dispute to the officer & unwilling to accept the feedback.These was highlighter by every of my families members.Answer to us in an impolite manner as say that if never come back oso never mind...pls improve your service to the rest of the customers.As for me , these consider CHEATED !!!
I had ended sharing my experiences with the rest of my friend..
Feedback that these was happen before by another customers 2/3 years ago...This consider not the first time incident.
With nice enviroment , serve no meaning to the customers , but the SERVICE most vital to us.
