This hotel have the best Teh Tarik. Asam pedas really awesome! Service staff very attentive and helpful. Spacious room.

Just called in a few minutes ago to check on room rates for the 25th till the 27th of May 2018. Please listen to your call recording as the call handling was extremely bad. Receptionist asked if I’m a Sikh!? Are you selling your room based on religion?? Then I was transferred to the Reservation Department. Her voice tone was as if I’m asking for a complimentary room! WTH!! No matter how good is your hotel but if your customer service is bad, you can keep your stars in your pockets dear management. Your staffs are the 1st and last impression of your hotel. Being in customer service line, my advice is please train your staff and educate them on customer service. Anyways, I didn’t bother asking their names because it doesn’t matters to me. Your staff reflects you. Thank you.

Nice place to stay . Near to The shore.. got Tangs.. dont be suprised that the price at Tangs is way cheaper than Singapore Tangs.. great place..

The room was beautiful. We got Sea view and it looked the city and the sea. I loved the breakfast buffet as well.

Receptionist didn't smile at all when we were checking in. Not the best start after a long drive. Didn't inform us on breakfast location and time. Was expecting more from a 5 star hotel. Room was spacious. Bed was comfy. Bathroom a little small though. The room I was assigned to had a noisy air con. On my way down told receptionist to send technician to check. Returned to hotel a few hours later and problem was not fixed. Not sure whether anyone came. Called for technician again and they came pretty quick which was great. However when they came they seemed reluctant to do anything about the sound. They even tried to lie and tell us every room was the same which i doubt. Finally they brought a ladder after we insisted they try to check it. Problem was fixed within a few mins. Location not the best but easy to take grab so not an issue. Not sure whether i would stay here again. I expected better service from a 5 star hotel. Smiles are basic but I saw almost none from anyone during my stay.

The room was big and the service good. It is also a 12 mins walking distance away from jonker walk. The view from the room is great too.

Room is perfect. Service is perfect. And breakfast is amazing. Too bad wife woke up late and I need to rush off to work. Would love to really sit & enjoy the breakfast spread.

Reasonable price.. but uncomfortable every service.
Rooms air is not clean, bed is uncomfortable.
Every sound is too easy hear.
Bathroom plumbing not fluid.
Breakfast is no good.
Massage is soso..

I checked in last night and they had no free room for premier. Thus, they upgraded us to CLUB room without any charge! Omg such a nice treat, and their hotel is definitely deserve five star. Very clean room and facilities. The staffs here are very friendly and they even help me paid for the parking fine! Such a nice service. Definitely will come back here again!

I checked in late at night and requested a high floor room. The front desk was exceptional, and they were very helpful with figuring out the tour options and etc. in Malacca. The room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were excellent. I would recommend staying here if it's in your budget for Malacca!

For a 5 star hotel it is bad.
Mold in the shower. No shadowed sunbed, so it is impossible to stay there in the day. Bureaucracy nonsense when you want to visit the pool/gym. You have to sign up with you name and room number. Even have to sign if you take towels and you have to bring them back. Really bothering nonsense.

Ramada Plaza Melaka has been servicing guests excellently since 1984 and not only that but this hotel has also been supporting the Melaka State in several ways in tourism-related events and on Merdeka Day

Bad services..It my first arrange my customer to stay there.not tell us either include breakfast or not.so shame while my guest already take food then the employee ask them to get away..isnt carzy even that can tell our guest to pay jow much for the breakfast fee.Will never and never suggest Ramada Plaza Melaka to stay there.Horrible Hotel

It's an old but mostly respectable hotel. Been here a few times for events at the grand ballroom. Food is decent, if generic. If you park there for events they charge a flat rate of RM5 for the whole night.

Facility above average but hospitality 5star. Time 12:22 am nothing to eat. Surprisingly a hotel staff offer me two pieces birth day cake from one of them. So warm...a gentleman ! Mr. Shukor rsvc captain

Nice handy place to stay .We had a week at the Ramada, Staff friendly, dinning room good. Hishamudin looked after us very well at breakfast

Over price hotel, the service too poor due to lack of customer services skill staff.
No greeting from the hotel staff - starting from the enterance until the reception counter. Holding customer at the reception counter standing more than 30 minutes without any notification. Hotel lobby so noise with automated pianos sound that bothering customer peaceful.
Hotel location is far from Melaka land marks and difficult to get a Muslim restaurant within the hotel area.
Experiance this today although having a prior group booking. Clearly hotel don't have an experience handling group customer check-in process.
Personally, I'm not recommended to any organization conducting their event at this hotel.

This hotel continuously keeps up with time, and for that matter, the interior and the exterior was given a new facelift last year. The Guest Rooms, for sure, pamper guests with the latest hospitality features while these rooms provide awesome views to the Straits Of Melaka and the spectacular Melaka River.
