Front desks staff doesn't even know or familiar with customer request for a basic monthly statement. Wasted almost 1 hr there & got nothing. Apparently, this is very poor service & unacceptable at all. Not Public bank standard.

Helpful customer service at this branch as compared to Taman Melaka Raya branch

Slow and unprofessional staffs. Acquaintances were allowed to cut queue at the customer service counters even without a ticket.
