Poor lousy slow service. Usually I avoid this company. So called national courier but service is utterly disappointing, very slow and usually don’t pick up calls.

Why cant I check my tracking number tho ? When I called the post office, no one picks it up. My item were supposed to be send to me 2 or 3 days ago. Yes, I do understand, all of you are busy because CNY is just around the corner but mostly parcels that are under 1 kg will be send out first and mine are only 600 to 700 gram. Also, why cant you handle your customer's parcel more diligently ? I would always received ripped parcels. It was nicely wrapped with bubble wrap but would still be dented or ripped apart. God.

Wasted my time, wasted my petrol, wasted my energy. Story about it ? I checked the tracking number and showed that the package arrived at 14th JAN 2018 where it should be in the facility and ready to send out. Waited for the whole day and as usually if we missed or didn't notice the PostMan and they will give us the red notes but badluck they didn't give it leave the red note then the next day, I went to poslaju Facility and wasted like 30mins to 1 hour to wait our turn. Then our turn is up and we give them the tracking number and pickup the Package but then they said the package is with the postman. Yeah!!! 👏 👏 👏 just got back and then we went back home and still didnt received any red notes until today. Yeah. If this happens to other people on business. It will ruin people's business at anytime.

The staffs here have no regard for the packages in their hands. Most packages are constantly tossed around in the air before landing in the pile on floor or cart while they are doing sorting. The worst part is they do it right in front of the customers, so imagine what else they will be doing in their closed door sorting facility and shipping hubs. The delivery guy usually sends you a delivery note saying that you were away and have you picked up your package, but in fact they are well prepared to only send you the note without bringing your package while you are actually at home.
