Slow service. Pelanggan poslaju kaunter sekali dengan bayar bil sedangkan urusan poslaju paling lama pun 2 minit. Kemudian bila pelanggan ke kaunter baru nak beri borang... kan boleh beri dari awal untuk percepatkan proses.

Currently only 2 out of 4 counters open due to lunch periods. Suggestion for more counters open during lunch submitted.
