Taxi service personal in the booth was extremely rude and shouting at people if they stood there and weren't taking a taxi. Extremely rude to grab passengers

A small bus terminal but well manage. It's very easy to find which bus we should take for the destination.

Many food and retail stores that one can go while waiting for their bus. Has public toilet but not too clean as expected.

Decent terminal with all modern facilities. Been in and out there to get to Dutch square Malacca.

It was built in February 2003 and opened in May 14, 2004. The terminal area is divided into 2 sections, the inner city bus area and the inter-city bus area. quite comfortable and there is air conditioning inside the terminal. to travel to the Melaka iconik attractions of the Red Building, you only need to go to platform number 17 (when in January 2018 only need to pay RM 1.5) in the area of the city bus. from this terminal passengers can go directly to KLIA, KLIA2, and Terminal Bersepadu Selatan-Kuala Lumpur.

Melaka Sentral is the town's main transport centre for buses and taxis. If you're coming into Malacca by coach from Kuala Lumpur you will alight here. It is a bit of a way out of the town centre so another bus No.17 is there to take you to Dutch Square and the town centre.
There are plenty of shops and restaurants, and many different bus companies taking you all over Malaysia and to Singapore. Signs are in English and if you're going into town on the No. 17 bus you need to go to the Domestic terminal which is well sign-posted. Fare is MR 1.50. and mostly runs every 30 minutes.

Air conditioned. There's a McDonalds, KFC and multitude of kiosk selling various products.

Awesome terminal for transportation. Would be nice if all the counter ticket gotta be in one terrace. Air system was great

There is a nice fruit stall tucked away near the taxi counter, named Sentral. You won't miss it as it is the stall selling fruits. Run by a friendly couple. A great variety of local tropical fruits. The cut fruits are fresh and reasonably priced between RM2 to 3. They also sell tidbits and drinks as well.

The whole terminal is air conditioned. Buying ticket is convenient with many choices available. The ticket counters are just inside the bus parking bays. Comfortable seats available. Good selection of food, including Western and Malaysian. There are also phone and other retail stores. No ticket touts, which is a big plus in this part of the world

Efficient bus station with clear signage, divided into a domestic terminal and interstate terminal, lots of food outlets and shops, free wifi, makes the wait pleasant!

Small bus terminal compared to others in Malaysia but offers clean toilets for a small fee, restaurants and small shops to ease your wait for your bus. Easy to find your destination as a lot of people will show you the way to the booth and/or the platform. Bus is on time for intercity departures.

Was a bit difficult to navigate after arriving, but once you work out that the local busses leave from a different area to the intercity busses then its alright. Bus 17 goes towards the tourist areas and Melaka Raya.
