this is the bus stop for some particular bus company travel to KL, KLIA or Singapore.
the passenger who stay within the ancient Malacca downtown area can wait and get on the bus quite convenient from here in alternative solution.
the passenger can buy the ticket via on-line reservation or contact directly with ticket service counter which has located inside the Hospital building near 7-11 and hospital food canteen.

First, it's difficult to find. The ticket counter is right inside the medical center. You should enter "7 eleven" shop on the corner of the building and go through it, there you will see the counter.
Secondly, you won't find where the buses stop and pick you up. Normally, a ticket woman will bring you there. It's right at that corner of the medical center where "7 eleven" is, you can only see a small bus stop with a couple of benches.
My bus to KLIA was late and the lady at counter refused to refund my ticket.
Ultimately, the bus arrived and we separated with 45 minutes delay.
It's rediculous, that the trip from Malacca to KLIA takes 3 hours... Waste of time.
The driver smoked during a trip. I had to ask him to stop smoking.
You better go to Malacca Sentral and catch a bus to KL or KLIA there.
And I should have caught a grab...

The ticket/waiting area is inside the medical center behind 711. Convenient location to catch the bus, rather than making your way back to the central station.

去klia机场买票的地方在医院內唯一的7-11边上，比较难找！
