Made a phone call to this branch and the one who was on the phone was so rude. is it necessary for you to talk very rudely to your customer? we call u for reasons and is it so hard for u to provide assistance? i tried to speak the calmest i could but she is very rude!!! guess the manager should brief his workers every morning on the importance of good interpersonal skill.

Staff are good but lots of customers they have. So sometimes problems may happen. ATM is not enough in some hours of the day
