Do not spoil your trip by eating at this place. Food stations are always empty. Even the workers say there is not enough eggs to cook omelette at the cook on the spot station. Hundred over customers and every fifteen mins they top up with 12 buns and servings for 10-12 pax

Natural lighted restaurant that has nonya settings. Rice served with crackers and achar. Not so spicy dishes to suit the foreign tourists staying at hotel. Price around Rm40 per pax.

The ayam keluak was 'basi' *(spoilt).
And the fish they served was not the one we ordered(jenahak) n was charged for.

The food was good but not astounding. Not to say it wasn't decent. It was really more like an everyday meal. If you're hoping for the definitive Nyonya meal of a lifetime, this is not the place for you. But if it's comfort food that's good for a Peranakan soul, I'd eat here. Was about RM 120 for 4 people.

Thought the food to be quite average in portion and taste. Food a bit too oily to my liking. Pricing on the higher side. Good location. Was there on a Friday afternoon at 2pm and there wasn't any crowd. But saw snaking queues on weekends - recommend all to make a reservation if you're coming on weekends.

My favourite peranakan place when driving up to Malacca.

This place is very crowded and you need to make a booking... do not bother with walk-in. The food is rather authentic but the portion size can be quite small.

Food was great. However, reservations must be made prior to dinner as its normally full house.

maybe it's Chinese Valentine's Day but assam fish (whole fish) overcooked, otak otak flour galore (fish meat went dating), aged 4 angle bean (thought aging process meant for premium meats only).
the prompt service saved the day!

Cosy ambience, wonderful food, lively place and usually crowded, during holiday seasons need to queue for settings, reservations is accepted and best chendol serve here, food is fantastic, highly recommended

The food is reasonable nice and the price is reasonable ok. You to be early or have to wait until your turn. You have to write your name and phone number and will call once there is available table.

Recommended place to get authentic nyonya food. For a rare treat, make sure to order the Chicken curry made with Buah Keluak, a usually poisonous fruit that is made edible by fermentation. The sweet potato crisps are also delicious; these, and other homemade items like nyonya dumplings and kaya are available for purchase from the cashier or waitress.

Expected the beef redang to be the type cooked with coconut milk but it's cooked with chili. It's not bad nevertheless. Ice Kachang is thickly flavored with Kula Melaka.

Being baba nyonya, the food here brings back memories. The taste is unique and harkens to a dying art of cooking. Please try the food and you won't be disappointed.

Went there for dinner on Sunday. Food is not bad. Homely environment with homely food. But I don't particularly favour their chicken ponteh.

One of the few genuine Nonya restaurants in Melaka (too many became halal catering to tour groups). On weekends queue will form before opening time at 6pm. Priority is for full tables, couples likely to be turned away.

Great Nyonya dishes at affordable prices...esp loved the Ayam Rendang. Popular place, so need to go early... they start at 11.30am for lunch and 6pm for dinner (close on Tues).
