We stayed in the renovated rooms in the mainblock (block 9). Rooms are spacious, well furnished and comfortable. We had a poolview room which made the stay even better. Food good as always and staff is attentive and courteous.

Spacious rooms and apartments but the place is definitely quite run down compared to all the new hotels that are popping up around Melaka. The place is in need of an upgrade. Plus points are the 2 large swimming pools which kids will enjoy and close proximity to Mahkota mall. We also had their buffet breakfast for RM 29 which was surprisingly good.

Overall dirty, bad service from reception, everything is just so old. It's like going back to the 90's. Only saving grace was the price and availability

Nice place for a family stay. But check out for hospitality. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was nice. Most of the tourist attractions are walkable distance. Must watch Jonker street. Colourful with lights. Rickshaw's are decorated with lights & minions & hello kitty's. There is Haten hotel & Holiday inn nearby.

The location of the hotel is good. Nothing much expectation when having a low budget hotel. Room is big but not so clean. Hotel looks old seems no proper maintenance. but my kids enjoyed the pool.

Great place for hanging around with families and friends. Lots avtivities can be done under one roof. A spectacular view from our unit.

Yellowish water in bath. No free WiFi. No toothbrush provided. Restaurant is nice with abundant choices for breakfast. Gym is not bad, pool is pretty good.
There's entrance for disabled.

Nice and cozy apartment. Swimming pool is great with jacuzzi and for kids. Staff was kind. Adequate parking. Close to main attraction in Malacca. But the breakfast was terrible

Why there is always a water supply interuption in Block 2?? Cant the management able to solve it?? Its really inconvenience, when you are tired and return to your apartment without water supply... really frustrating😠

The hotel need urgent refurbishment. Its the same furniture and setting when i used to frequently stayed here 15 years ago. The shower are not properly working and the water flow are too slow. The slide at the swimming pool cannot be use. The toys at the playroom are mostly broken even my 3yo son doesn't want to go there. The best thing about this hotel is the location

I believe that this hotel is here over a decade without renovation since they started operating. As you can see old markings are everywhere on the wall and carpets, lack of power sockets, old TV with bad reception, worn thin bed sheet and towels, rusty pipes and taps. I guess a well maintained 2 stars hotel could be better than this room condition.
Good thing is, good view here and there are 2 big swimming pools.

The water in the rooms we stayed was not clean. It's not hygienic. Please do upgrades on this water supplies to make your hotel service better. I'm rating it poor. Thank you.

Great location but old dilapidated hotel. Take your money else where and save yourself some heartache and headache. Seriously bad and unmaintained rooms.

If you are used to being in clean and hygienic conditions, avoid this hotel at all cost. Being quite centralised to many things in Melaka is about the only good thing about this run down hotel.

Nice resort style place. Though weather is hot but it is cool with breeze staying the reort. Good for family with kids - swimming pools, play ground, children place room an more. Wlaking distance to Jonker area.

The front desk staff was not friendly enough. No smile when attending to customers. In fact so confusing to find the rooms. The rooms are old. Needs renovation badly. The water pressure on the 8 floor of the hotel was terrible. So hard to take a bath. Even the toilet flush was poor. The cupboard doors was coming out & nearly broke when opening. The tv is outdated. No remote control. The pool poorly maintain. So much of dirt & slime. The maintenance of the garden also not maintain properly. In face the mini mart was supposed to close at 10pm but by 9pm all the lights were off & a sign said Closed. Building from the outside only look nice but the inside is terrible. The beds were ok though.

Former glory hotel. We stayed at a double room apartment during the easter weekend. Room is very much in need of renovation. Beds are simple, w the feel of a motel. Water was OK, not too much pressure but also usable. Really hot rooms, helped w running AC system. Many of the facilities are no longer in service, such as the minimart or the sports facilities. For the price it was Ok, but somewhat disappointed at what it could have been and was not

Upon registration take more than 45min, have to line up for that. Waiting lounge air cond not cold enough and feel warm. Seating very limited and not friendly for senior citizen. Suck service.

The place is decent. Unfortunately, there's an old hotel vibe felt. The room that I rent is an apartment with one bedroom complete with a stove. Unfortunately, no cooking was allowed in it. Not really sure why. Parking is kind of easy to find. Free parking available for guests.

Quite cheap and value for money considering its located at city center. Interior definitely need an upgrade as currently it feels outdated (old furniture, crt tv, dirty ceiling etc.). Other than that, it's good hotel.

This could not be worse. There is only one spare socket in the living room and we are supposed to have a double bed room which turned out to be a double but firmly-attached-to-each-other bed room 🙄🙄🙄🙄. What's the difference between this and a large bed room? And the sheets, the worst of all, it feels like a thousand bug squirming on it.

Stayed in the hotel during the cny 2017 instead of resort apartment, after looking at all the bad reviews on the apartment. The hotel area was relative okay. It was in the main lobby building with only 3 storey high, there was noise coming from the highway and fireworks during cny. HouseKeeping not done properly, mess was left over in a drawer, safe box is locked from previous guest. Fixing of toilet bulb tooks them half a day to come. Saw housekeeping holding bygones coming out of other's room. Toilet interior was slightly old, flushing system is weak and require a lot of time to fill the tank up. The floor/carpet was considered clean.
The swimming pool water is very dirty. Mini golf was down under maintenance. Very near to mahkota parade, just difficult to cross the highway. Walkable distance to jonker street. I give it a 3/5 star for the hotel not apartment!

Location is good, rooms are usually clean and well-maintained, the grounds are big and offer a few outdoor activities. There is a minimart within the hotel which is very convenient. The atmosphere is relaxing and the pools great to swim in.

Card keys consistently failed and requires several changes, hot water wasn't working for showers, wifi was weak and limited. There are other hotels that are better for this price range.

The worst hotel i ever stayed..worst than the cheap hotel i guess..the staff is friendly but the managmnt of the hotel really worst..this is going to be my first n the last..😒😒

Super, the staffs are so friendly, helpful and funny.
Melaka is quite to walk, but at evening time very hot and no wind is blowing.... :-)
The hotel is super, with pool and breakfast (very great). We want to stay there for two nights, and get already 6 :-) :-) :-)

Clerks was nice and kind, rooms wasn't could satisfy... Worst thing of all during at the night with strong wind keep on banging outside room doors with no one appearing....
