Very nice and tidy room with reasonable price. The only weakness is very very noisy at night because have bad sound proof system room if stay near the street. Their foreign staff still standing in front of the guest house and speak loudly even it was 11.30pm.

I like staying here. Very clean and tidy. The staff were very kind and responsive. But there is a slight mosquito problem so I'd suggest best bring your own repellent

Very nice place to stay, I'm never been home stay before, this is my 1st time stay there. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean as like hotel. I'm not pretend any as level as hotel. It's look old but like classic place. All furniture was made by wood. They have open air place too. If you need any assistance they will trying to help you too. Thanks and appreciate for help. Recommended for who are trying to enjoy classic life there. And walk distance to jonker street was close enough. No noise too. Just the guest little bit noisy.

Facilities in good working condition, environment is nice and open air makes you forget the smallness of your room. However, don't get the street-facing room as you'll have trouble sleeping.

quality as paid price, suitable for backpacker and rest place. clean atmosphere even its an old structure. nice people worker. overall 80% satisfy if dont mind a trishaw noise during midnight.

One of the home stay near jonker street. Nice environment & decoration. Friendly staff. However I feel the room rate are a little experience.

the place is comfortable for traveler. the price is also cheap. it's near all the tourism interest in melacca. but because it's guest house, it's has limited time to check in. over 12 am you'll be charger for late check in

When I enter the room, the door can't fully close and the person in charge ask their ppl to fix it. But during night when I came back to my room, I still can't close my door. Need to try several time until I "bang" and rudely close the door only I mange to close it.
The toilet is clean but not fully enclosed. The door membrane is shedding. People can see from outside. Feeling insecure when bathing.
Overall the service is nice. Thanks.

Inexpensive, special accommodation.
Very nice, cozy place to stay.
Receptionist friendly n helpful.

Shared bathroom.

layang layang guest house is a comfy place to rest and have a authentic chinese descendants.
clean room, clean bathroom and very friendly service
i really enjoy spend my time in layang layang's, and they are provide cute gimmick like board game to play with the other guest :)

Was the best stay we had since our 3 weeks in Malaysia. Good value, basic, but super clean, quiet, very central, extremly friendly and helpful. Would always come again.
