Just about 3km from ayer keroh tol on your left heading towards the city. Good place to stay for family. For single you might find it a bit boring.

Dont ever ordering room service at this hotel.. What you get is not what u imagine.. The worst room service ever.. Overall for room is average, cheap and quiet confort.

Stayed here few times but this was the worst experience of all. Went to the room it was dusty, went to the toilet on the toilet seat cover there was a neatly folded towel however the shock came when I opened the cover. The toilet was not flused for a very long time (beyond description, please use your imagination). Went to the counter and complained to the manager, they offered to change the room but i asked them to clean it first. I hope next time people make sure to ask them to thoroughly clean the room before going in. The only saving grace worth two star was that they placed some sweets for me, that was a good gesture

The hotel is quite run down with the room and bed linen smelling musty and damp. Toilets were bad too with tiles stained, grouting yellow and wash basin badly stained too. Toilet seat not cleaned properly. Good was also below average.

Staff not so friendly. Breakfast buffet has not much to choose. Use cheap kinda coco crunch instead of usual one. Coffee was too ceroi. Have a weird entrance. Worst yet seri malaysia ive ever been

Good Hotel among the Seri Malaysia group. It will be better if there's lift for easy access for elderly like me

The receptionsts must be well trained of greeting with smile patiently and professionally entertain the customer. The 1st impression is a vitally important. Not to be placed with anxiously and parrot talking personnel. The wifi, the tv channels, the leak & not fully clean toilet, the room lighting and wiring should be looked into more often and well updated. Pls dont offer watering juice as it reflects the stupidity.

Dear hotel seri malaysia melaka..
Bad experience!! 500 for one room and the room condition too bad. Its NOT some kind of bedroom with 3 @ 4 stars!! YET with old design bathroom dirty floor and the light was too dim.. We took about over 30 minutes to the city just to get a nice food to eat. It is because the room service (focus on food) NOT AVAILABLE FOR 24 hours. Receptionist also look very old..maybe they should renew design of this hotel. The parking also need some light, gelap sangat oi ! Do improve your hotel for our own tourism..

Our room is smelly because of wet carpet. It is because of leaking air-conditioned, our room is wet! The refrigerator is also not function

The dishes were limited. No top up after. Those came late 30 minutes got balances. Not recommended for good and enjoy iftar.

The shower in our family Room #312 had no hot water. Wi-Fi is up and down. Breakfast was served in a place with insufficient tables. My wife, 9year old girl and I had to share with strangers. There were no cups to use for our coffee and tea. No spoons either.
They allowed people to swim in the pool with long pants and regular shirts.

We arrived here in the evening and indeed the surrounding is a little bit eerie due to poor lightings. It was a full house evening but it's pretty quiet.
Staff was friendly and quickly check us in and everything was smooth and efficient. Lobby has many huge chair and spacious, with low yellowish lightings setting.
The room is clean, tidy, and smells good. Toilet is clean and spacious enough. No complain for the night stay other than overly cold aircon (adjustable). We had a very quality night sleep.
Good for families overnight rest. Not many facilities here other than a swimming pool, but it can be overly crowded in the morning.
It also serves standard hotel buffet style breakfast like standard local delights. Nothing to pick on with the price we pay.
Would recommend if you need a good night rest around Melaka. Good quiet location but just a little bit too far from Melaka Bandaraya. Near to NS highway is a plus point though.

The lobby is nice, nothing else. This hotel is very old already. All the rooms are very old and dirty. The toilet is dirty, the bedsheets is dirty, the aircon is very noisy. The price of this hotel is not cheap but the condition of the rooms makes me feel that what I am paying for is too much. Couldn't sleep well and can't wait to check out. The wifi also cannot make it! ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Aircon sucks! Bed too soft, bed sheet damn dirty, room smells, No decent TV programs to watch except one English Channel with no sound, wifi totally sucks too... cannot imagine why this place should deserve a one star?

This place located near zoo melaka, taman buaya, rama2 n dataran ayer keroh. Easy to find for it's just after tol ayer keroh exit. The food served here is awesome. The only bad thing was it is too quiet during night that gave you shiver (if you're staying alone), and if you plan to eat outside you had to go to mydin/mitc area which took about 5-10 minutes drive from the hotel.
