I think this hotel is one of the best 3-star hotels in Malacca city center... Front desk was very helpful... Beds were huge and comfy... Fluffy pillows gave me great sleep.. they provided simple but tasty breakfast...The drawback will be small showerroom...but nothing is perfect in life😉

Very basic hotel. Bed really comfortable. Suitable to those who are just wanted a place to sleep after tiring day. Overall ok

Overall was pleasant, but WiFi wasn't working. When I called the reception, he just said that "it's down for the day", and did not gave any other explanation or compensations. Disappointed with the service.

The hotel States 3 stars but the maintenance of room is not up to standard I guess... well when I first checked in the gave a a room that had not been used for some time (or Long), the key card door faulty and need to use master key where we need to asked them to open room door whenever we come back to the hotel (where's your security features????) when asked to change they said the hotel is fully booked I tried to stay the night the room is dusty, stale air, the bed sheet had never been changed, the toilets have a look at picture...
After we called for housekeeping they immediately change our room I am really grateful for this staff decision for the room smells fresh the toilet and bed are in good condition accept the door is stucky and loose (of well hard to explain) but it's couple of times better than the first :( no matter what... thanks to them I've decided to cut short my trip in Malacca... Thank you

Overall Staying Experience is okay, just a few minutes to Bandar Melaka & the host is very friendly and considerate
just concern about the breakfast menus,

Mmg terbaik..cantik..harga murah.. selesa.. sesuai utk mrk yg nk melancong bersama keluarga dgn bajet yg sederhana.. Sy cdgkan kpd semua utk menginap di sini...

All the room and and service are perfect...BUT small bathroom....if you are not small enough you will never get in comfortably
