Good ambience. Very efficient staff. The day we were there, the live music was nice. Their pizza was surprisingly nice.. For travelers, they accept Amex... :)

Reasonable price as some are big portion. Tasty and flavourful. Great place to dine with friends or family. Has indoor and outdoor. They also served alcohols.

Good meal just on the average side nothing exceptional. Curry was good but fried rice was quite bland. Beautiful atmosphere and great place to hang out with friends in the night to have some drinks. Also after 3pm pizza is available in different tastes. It is very close to the road so is best to seat inside.beers are expensive in here.

Very bad service. Kitchen is closed, it’s still fine then even coffee is not available at 11pm. No one attends to us. Was left standing at the counter with the menu.

Good chill out spot in Jonkers. Been around for ages. Friendly service. Decent prices. Gets really crowded during weekends. Live music. Their irish coffee is awesome.

Good strategic location to watch Malacca pass by.... Nice place to have a beer. But the chips that comes with the beer is horrible!
However, the curry Q tempeh is interesting and creative

This place is a pretty good joint for drinks and food. Choices of beer ,ciders etc for a hot Malacca is good. The ambience is cool and fill with tourist from all over the place. Worth definetyly to mingle about and make new friends. Of all the cafes about I would safely recommend this of the lot

Went there slightly after 11pm. The main kitchen was closed so can't order anything out of the menu except for snacks. The food was great. Affordable. But the service staff really could use some upgrades on how to attend to your customer. They're not rude but the way they treat you, is like, they don't want you to come. Not very welcoming.

Love the food here and service has always been excellent. Must have their fried curry tempe and their Mango chicken rice. All time favourite!!

It's my first visit to Geographer Cafe. I went on 5th Oct and 6th Oct 2017 at a different time. Quick service. Not crowded. Had beer for RM$23 a pint. Really nothing much to comment, it's a good place to just sit down for a while to chill.
In the evening, there is live band. I didn't try any food.

I was slightly disappointed with my bowl of curry noodles at Geographer Cafe. The curry paste seemed store-bought. As a vegetarian, I always appreciate when restaurants make an effort for us non-meat eaters. No doubt vegetarians will be spoiled for choice here though I think the team can do more in terms of taste. The restaurant has made a lot of effort to redesign the place and it is a good resting stop.

This restaurant/cafe has 2 outlets at the same junction, so not to worry about seating. The food is great ranging from western to italian to local, not excellent but great and worth the money and trip.

They have some vegetarian menu, which is great. Taste ok. The portion is big. Price is ok. They always have live music at weekend night, the atmosphere is great. I like this place.

Staff have always been very nice. Food has always been very nice. Environment is very nice. The price is, on the other hand, only a little bit nice. We come here, without fail, every time we come to Melaka and always know that it will live up to expectations.
The 5th star not being awarded is for their cocktails, which are quite expensive and lack the requisite level of booziness!

Food is ok. Drinks are nice. Internet speed was very slow, 3 spots but could not connect to any. Slow service. Nice decoration. Live music.

it's a comfortable place, nice set-up, pretty good as a bar at night with live music. coffee is all right, little bit pricey. music could be better for a cafe and bar! otherwise, it's a pretty chill place.

Great place to chill down during the afternoon after a walk in Jonker Street. They have an air-conditioned section which was really helpful. Nice soft music playing in the background. And a good selection of cold beers. When we got here after a very hot walk, we just felt like sitting there and not leave. Staff members were very helpful. Price of the beer was acceptable. They also serve coffee and tea and light snacks.

We had lunch at this place.
Curry ramen had a weird bitter aftertaste.
Dragon chicken was not that nice.
Drinks were also expensive.
If you insist trying out this place, at least don't come here for lunch.

visited twice, once for teatime once for dinner. love their coffee and meals. The curry and tomyam is not spicy but fragrant. A good option for people who wants to taste Malaysian's delights without getting hot and sweaty.

It was crowded when we went on Christmas Day so we sat down and left after 10 minutes. Great location and the food looks good. Nice place to have a beer and watch the hustle and bustle of Jonker Street.

We had a great evening. Staff was friendly and the food was delicious. The restaurant looks clean, has a good atmosphere and also live music. Good for big groups too.

The best thing about this place is the ambiance. The food is not great, drinks are expensive, and the service can be slow. However if you're fortunate enough to be there on a night with live music, you're in for a treat.

Ordered a John Jameson Irish whisky which tasted nothing like it should be. Told the waiter and captain. Got verbal assurances of authenticity but it tasted off. Had the same drink at a different place in Melaka and it was spot on. Captain insisted several times there was nothing he could do. Ambience is ok. Service is decent except for how they handled this event. Seemed uninterested to make any form of service recovery.

Food is normal. Price is acceptable. Toilet is disgusting. The ladies sanitary bin does not has a cover. And the toilet is a sharing toilet. I had my appetiser. ..with straberry jam before my meal. Naturally. ..food is lousy

Great place, live music, wonderful nasi (find it in the menu under nasi lemak), tasty chicken sandwich. And they manage to keep the great service despite busy Friday night
