Where is this cinema!? It was kind of dungeons. I dropped at a mall entrance, and walked around 30 min, finally I found a sign of GSC but I needed to go outside once.
The building was like abandoned. I do not want to come in night time. It might be horrible more than a horror movie.
The staff at a ticketing counter was nice, but the staffs in a theater room were rude.
Since another cinema is in another mall close to here, we should choose that one.

I should give 0 star but google wont allow me... it was so teribbly hard to find parking here... better go to Aeon Mall if you want to watch movie... Malacca City Council should solve parking problem...for outsider like me, I have to buy one booklet of parking coupons eventhough I only used max of 3 coupons.. such a waste of time, money and energy... 😠

Finding this cinema felt like a bad game of 'Where's Waldo?'. Fundamentally disconnected from the insides of the mall proper, you can expect to ask a minimum of 3 people where to go on your first attempt.
Once inside the theater, prepare your neck for an experience. The chairs all lean back like half-tilted recliners, which could appeal to some. But if you've attended typical cinema, this change will feel awkward.
The single bathroom in the cinema hall is also a problem. With only one stall in the men's bathroom, if you need to go number 2, you're almost guaranteed a wait. Bad enough to have to leave a movie for the bathroom, but worse that you gotta wait extra just for that.
Despite all this, the cinema was clean, staff were friendly and, as expected with GSC, the tickets are comparatively cheaper.

Great service, easy access from ticket counter and snack counter. The workers there are friendly and helpful too. The cinema is clean, spacious and perfect temperature in the cineplex. Great sound system and picture quality. Overall, it was a perfect experience.

The place is still fine. I grow up watching there so that place still familiar. The only problem is that the cinemas is on the top floor if someone new come to watch there its kind of trouble them

Comfortable spacious seats. Great air con. No Q on a weekday noon time. Have a wide selection of snacks. Cinema is small so try to pick the back seats and good thing staff advise me when i was selecting my seat.

I forgot to take my wallet after movie. The staffs help me to keep it and return my wallet to me right after i come back for it.
Best quality and value of the workers here. Thanks a lot and enjoy the movie.

The newly launched apps is great for ticket booking and payment. minus the queue for popcorn. Paperless transaction is good for the environment.

Very nice mall. It's huge and connects to a few other malls and hotels. Golden screen cinemas were nice and there is an old school arcade next to the cinema on the fifth floor that has a good selection of arcade games from back in the day.

Its a big place. Theres A lot of people even during weekdays. The air cond is very cold and the sell popcorns and several other food at a rather expensive price so make sure u bring extra cash.
