The room is nice and spacious for 3 adult...but the bed sheet and towel has stain and it have bad smell...before this i had stay in this hotel and everything was good but now the service was not good as before...hope u can maintain back your old service for your guest ✌

This hotel is alright. The only problem was cleanliness at it worst. There was a stains on my bed sheet. And smells quite bad. I would rate it 5 star if it clean.

budget hotel feel like luxury hotel. you can sleep with a nice dream. haha. clean room and bathroom. with helpfully stuff in there.you can take a picture in the "rich" lobby. really worth it for budget 200.000 - 300.000 in rupiahs Indonesia.

While posting this review, I am still in the hotel. Cleanliness is very poor wherein there's this mould smell in the room, aircond stopped working, and the worst of all would be the bathroom where there is no lock and there is a gap in which anyone can see inside the bathroom, I snapped pic of the room in which I stayed. Hotel management please look into these problems and and don't let your next guest get the same treatment.

My experience of staying at this hotel for one night has been great. It perfectly fit my family (6Pax inc me) in a room type Family Premier Extra which provided 1 King size bed and 2 Queen size beds. It was super spacious. Not much to be expected in a budget rank hotel. The cons are the bed-sheets and towels yellowish . It not dirt actually. It has been washed and reusing for quite sometimes it seems, for better experience the toiletries will need to change to new. Another thing we were asked to wait about 10-15minutes during the check-in time due to prior guest. I personally feel this is not right. The check-in will need to be expedite no guest will expected to be waited for quite sometimes. Since we wasn't rushing we tolerated.Management will need to take note about the check-in peak hours. Guests need to be cleared as soon as possible.Otherwise presented so nice when we entered the hotel room. We have not utilize any other facilities than WIFI. Nothing to compaint about any other. Value package. Best deal for families.

It's a disaster! The room is full of cigarettes smell! The staffs are unfriendly too. Will never recommend it to others.

Definitely NOT a 3 stars even if is rate like that in booking. The main problems are the lack of windows, old towel, pillow case and sheets and the cleaning in general (i've seen worst anyway).
At first they gave us a room that wasn't been clean it yet; after our complain they change with a more clean room without even say sorry

I have been stay here for few time, and always recommend to friends.
Unfortunately, past 4 years very very good.
Now it’s gone different! Aircon very noisy, that’s fine, they change a room for me, I understand.
But all the room is very dirty! The bedsheets turned old become yellowish some more have many stain!
Same to the towel!!! The towel dirtier than the floor map!!! Toilets is mouldy everywhere!
I am so disappointed. Hope they will improve. Btw, no matter how they improve in the future, i will never stay here!

Nice presentation when stepping into the lobby. Cheap and clean. Budget hotel with a good standard. SGD $50 for 2 nights nothing to complaint about.

Location is remote and staff speaks very little English. But they will try to help as best as they can. Room is big but smells of cigrettes.

There are alots of bed bugs and very dirty on the beds!!!!! no cupboard let us put our belonging and the toilet is flooded after shower

I booked a room with king sized bed. the room space is just nice. very comfortable. everything functions very well except for the wifi. free wifi only available at lobby. no wifi at room.

Paid extra for Wifi but there's no Wifi in room. Wifi only available in the lobby but speed is 0.05Mbps down and 0.01Mbps up. Many mosquitos in the lobby and in the room.

Upon first impression, the rooms were dark and smelled moldy, the combination toilet/shower stalls are ridiculous. There were flies buzzing around one of our rooms. Wallpaper is peeling because of poor circulation. There was no windows in any of the rooms I saw.The bed sheets were stained, and we promptly left when we found out there was reports of bed bugs in room 225 on Aug 30, 2015. Worst hotel I've ever seen. Stay away, unless you are into this sort of thing.
