Clean and nice hotel. The place is near to dataran Merdeka mall, which is convenient to walk there.

Great location. Interior still looks New even after 5 years or more. Ts Italian Restaurant cum Cafe aspires to be chic and achieves the look but does not get locals support where dining out is concerned.
Currently relies on China tour groups and weekend crowds.
The skyroof bar and pool is the gem in this outfit.Very classy and energetic. For the young dance and hip hop crowd.

Easy to find. Location wise in the middle of the town. Surrounding a lot of restaurants, cafe, pub, mall, banks, convenience store. Room very cleàn & nice modern interior but its smaller than i expected. Hotel facilities got cafe, pool, skydeck bar, gym, concierge, internet room, spacious parking bay.

Reasonable price, the room is very comfy, and nice minimal design. Would definitely be my go to hotel next time for my next visit, except residence parking is very limited. Very superb to conclude all.

Safe Box was spoilt when we first check-in into the hotel room... Managed to change to a room where the safe isn't spoilt...
Need to wait for a long to get a reply from the hotel staff

There are many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Rooms are a little small but very cosy and cleaning services are good.

Nice place, got an exec suite but for me the room is a bit small. there was a counter bar which i felt unnecessary making the room smaller.the toilet is a bit disappointing, im nit very keen of glass door toilets as it has no privacy.the breakfast was not to my liking, too little to accommodate too many customers, it was not enough actually and its only 9.30 am.the top deck was amazing, well utilized of building structure,the pool was good , its just that too open as it combines together with the bar.

5-star for the executive suite. The room is really spacious yet the price is very much affordable. Pool is okay but be prepared to endure the strong wind which makes the water really cold. Breakfast spread is quite limited but for RM10 per additional kid, it is definitely reasonable.

Happy with the room..it was bright n clean. Pool a bit small and next to sky bar... the staffs was opening shops around 3pm and busy moving table an chair next to the pool. Not very comfortable..not enough pool chairs (only got 3 compare to the photo on website). Pool towel was not there until we request it for few times. Location was good..quite convenient...big carpark at the back of hotel.

The room is very clean and comfortable. However the bathroom cannot be locked and does not secure your privacy. The cafe is lovely, but crowded at breakfast time. The choice of food for breakfast is not too much.

First impression with this hotel - called from Singapore regarding our unconfirmed reservation..was told reservation staff is having lunch, and she is busy to do check out. Call back later hahaha .. I dont have to check in then !

almost no amenities for visitors. we just get 2 bottle of water, two towels and that is ALL!

Enjoyed our stay here, staff were friendly and helpful when we needed something. Got sick off a bad piece of chicken at breakfast though, so make sure it's cooked properly before your ear it. Minor problem however, can't really blame the hotel for that. Pool isn't bad and its quiet during the day. Within walking distance of all of the tourist attractions, and a supermarket also.

Its unappropriate to charge your guest when they request simple amenities like toothpaste. I was charged rm5 for toothpaste. I'm also a hotelier but this i had never done before. Toothpaste is a basic amenities in the hotel and why do they charged. Its kinda of stupid to be charged for a toothpaste.

Since this hotel is newly opened, I decided my stay in it. Here is some of my personal opinion.
1. Car park
The car park was really big and I have no problem to park my car to check in during day time. However when I got back to this place by night around 10pm, the car park is already full. Luckily after few rounds of searching parking, a staff noticed me and let me parked at their "reserved" place.
2. Room
I chosen the room with no windows. My wife complaint about the air at first, but is acceptable for me after the aircond is running for some time.
The door of the room probably not sound-proof because I can hear people talking and walking at the corridor. And I can hear music from the pool party from 9th floor even I staying at 4th floor. But is acceptable as it goes off by 1am.
Everything else in the room is satisfying.
3. Breakfast
The choice of food is limited and the taste is acceptable as I don't expect great food from them anyway. But if you're not picky, the breakfast will be great for you to "tahan" till afternoon before you start your day.
I did not try out the other facilities such as gym, or swimming pool, so I have nothing to comment on these. Generally is a great hotel and I enjoyed my stay.
P/s : Remember to bring your own drinking water as the room only provide you 2 small bottles of mineral water and they have no water dispenser.
