Horrible place to stay in. Bed is super old, can feel the spring when u sit on the bed. After lying down for 30 minutes, my bodyache so bad. I had to sleep on the floor during my stay.
Facilities?
No Wi-Fi in rooms
No phone
No mini fridge
There's a TV, don't expect astro or such. Only normal channels
Air con makes noise. Bearable tho.
Receptionist cannot speak English at all. Only speak malay. Oh I so pity the tourist, IF there's EVER tourist that stays here.
I feel that this resort hotel shouldn't be even called as either resort/hotel. I get more pain from just sleeping on the bed or floor. Requested for extra pillows through the booking, and no extra pillows provided.
This holiday mood has been spoiled by the accommodation. Not worth the value to stay here. Needing to rectify my back due to horrible sleeping place, so not worth it.
No next time in staying here

Place is new. We got a corner room. Quite spacious. Good experience.

No maintenance on building, landscape and other facilities. Very very poor security and safety. No security round for clocking and everybody can go in without check in for use facilities inside resort. Poor carpet, poor air condition, gap from floor and door so big. Not friendly staff,no friendly greeting. No telephone service inside room, have to use own mobile phone to request anything. 2nd day, house keeping not clean my chalet untill 3pm, call front desk ask to clean also not clean the room. Near pool and restaurant, smell very bad. Management not control people swim in pool, everybody can use whatever clothes they want to use. I see, the people use a jubah, pyjamas, diapers while swim in pool. The water very cloudy and pool dirty. Before check in, see other review from other guest for this resort facebook page. So many things happen in this resort. Also have review loss a cash in room and theft. So many mosquito and now my son admitted at hospital because of dengue.

The place is very old and not well maintained, it's okay for a short stay but not long. All the staffs here doesn't understand English, and I requested for a non smoking area end up the other customers smoke in front of my room.

Wonderful place for vacation, official training, family gatherings. Delicious food and clean and tidy environment.
