If you have time to spare, do visit this 2 storey museum. They keep nice artifacts of old Malacca. The whole tour may take you an hour. Feel free to browse around at the souvenir shop and buy something for people back home. They don't have a curator on call but the lady mending the entry tickets can give explanation about the items displayed.

Very interesting museum if you are in history or navigation. Very friendly staff. Take your time wandering through the two story museum. Fo not expact an ultrmodern museum, but go and see a good old museum.

Very informative, quite a lot to watch and study. Good place to spend at least one hour learning more about Cheng Ho' s voyages and adventures. Recommended for fans of history.

Worth visiting. The place is old, but it gives very detail explanations of Cheng Ho's voyage history.

Very informative museum, especially if you are into SEA/Chinese history. I easily spent 2 hours here. The RM10 entrance fee was well worth it!

Overcrowded with items, not necessarily important or directly related to Cheng Ho. Most of rooms are not air-conditioned.

Indeed, the museum for history buffs, you have to pay entrance fee, and then inside. Watch the 15 minutes documentary about the voyages of Ming dynasty Cheng Ho, thereafter at your pleasure to view the artefacts and coming with it history. At least 45 minutes if you don't rush to understand the underpinning trade and cultural facts of Malacca.

Zheng He, formerly romanized as Cheng Ho, was a Hui court eunuch, mariner, explorer, diplomat, and fleet admiral during China's early Ming dynasty.

Wonderful museum that has many beautiful artifacts and gives a lot of information about Chinese explorers and maritime trade. A "must visit" site !!!
