I give 3 star for room but for breakfast I can only give less than 1 star because the taste was so awful.. Very bad with the agoda service because did not get the theme park ticket and the breakfast voucher during check-in even though I select to stay with 2 children in their website. Have to be very careful with agoda..

A total regret. Wished I can give less than 1 star..maybe 0 star. It is rare that something can be totally bad, but this is definitely one of them.
Where can I start? Run down facilities. Bad maintenance. Cleaners are nowhere to be seen. Rubbish everywhere. The safety of children using the facilities is questionable. Slippery surface everywhere! What amazed us that they charged us to enter and play. What a joke. Unless the management decided to do something about it, which I doubt they even care, AVOID at all cost.

Room spacious, but basic necessities (iron, body soap) not provided in our room. Check-in/out is hassle free. Breakfast in weekend is havoc, done at general hall (too many people). Enjoyed the pool with my children.

This resort situated in Mslacca,offer excellent service for children prefer to have fun all day long in water.There are numerous pools with fancy fountains.Sliding platform. that enable kids to splash into pool from height ,is the msjor attraction This resort has less thing to offer for adults..For those who prefer to derive joy through their kids laughter and giggle then,they should not miss this resort.

The room is big enough but the room looked very old. Old was not a problem but no maintain. Shower sometime workable, sometime not workable. The power sockets already broken or already dropped off the whole part also never repaired it.
Refrigerator not workable, coffee cups not well cleaned. Instant coffee and tea bag also not well prepared.

The park is for kids up to 10 years old because as activity there are only slides and water in the pools is quite shallow. Rooms are very old fashion, extra bed is extremely uncomfortable, food is not so good and you end up paying as much as a 4 to 5 star hotel in city center. Not worth the try.

The photo of the sink defines all. Overcrowded. Poorly managed. The water at the theme park was filthy. Housekeeping of the room was also bad. The route to the theme park on foot need to bypass the garbage dump area and worst when it's raining. Traffic control and parking management by the security was lousy. Stayed here during the December school holidays. Will neither comeback nor recommended to others.

Booked Studio Room 2A 2C (1 Night) - Get 2 Water Park Ticket (access granted until check out) & 2 Breakfast Voucher. For Water Park need to add another 2 tickets RM 20 / ticket (it is fine for me to add additional ticket, however that ticket ONLY valid until 7.00pm at the same day of check in / the day you bought that ticket, if your kids want to enter the water park next morning before check out you need to purchase another ticket that also will cost you another RM 20 / ticket (public holiday / school holiday)) it is very uncommon practice like other hotel / resort that have water park, in house guest can access the water park all day long before check out. NORMAL POOL also can't be access, need to pay the same ticket!!!
Total Cost: RM366 (Room) RM 40.00 (2 tickets) X 2 = RM 446.00.
with RM466 you can find much more decent in house guest friendly resort all over Malacca, unless you are supporters of CUT-THROAT business model. Overall NOT WORTH IT!!!!

Total waste! Not worth of money..the price is expensive. No laundry service.. Food are not worst, they only have 12 item of food..room are quite clean. Not a pleasant stay for us and i would not recommend to anyone.. Pls dont waste your time and money here.

Stayed one night at the 2bedroom suite. reach at around 3 plus and had to wait 1 hr plus for check in. Staffs are friendly and nice . There are water park, swimming pool, small arcade , dry park with a few games and a mini mart . Things in mini mart is 3x normal price . Water park is fun for kids 6 and above . For kids 6 and below not much things to play unless adult accompany. Room wise, very in need to renovate. Door lock is loose, and door has marks that looked like it was pry open before. Toilet condition 3/5. No toilet rolls provided.

The water park is very children-friendly. The slides were simple, so adults like me wouldn't find it thrilling. Other amenities are so-so. Entry fee is affordable. The place is quite clean too.

Reasonable for the price. Comfortable room/rooms. Good for children on the reasonably safe theme parks. Ample free parkings. Having affordable convenient store.

A, cheap simple and easy to access water theme park. Good for kids. Adult not much adventures. Can hold family day. The management are vwry accommodative. May contact Ms Maya if you want to hold event. Very responsive and easy to deal with.

Big, spacious room with 2 twin beds. Clean room with all electrical appliances working. Though room is situated with a poor view overlooking another block. Food wise - average (however could be due to my being here for a church camp)

Booked the room thru Agoda. Since we get reasonable price, value for money. Stayed at Studio Apt in Block B. The room is spacious and clean. My only comment is the towels smell unpleasant. We use our own towel instead. My other comments for improvement would be the TV in the room can be dangerous when you are travelling with active kids like mine. The TV can easily fell-off from the cabinet when you have kids who play around the TV cabinet. The other comment would be the rental of towel at Water Theme Park. It is unreasonable to charge the visitors for the towel. The management should not charge us as we already pay the entrance fees which included in booking fees and we pay for the room as well. My last comment for improvement would be the water theme park for kids need improvement. At certain area inside the kids pool, there's no tiles and when you step on it, it feels like you step on jelly and it was so gross!!! Hope the management will look into these area of improvement.

I've been here twice. First visit was pleasant because it wasn't a public holiday and the resort was empty. The pools were clean so good for my daughter to swim in. The room ( studio apartment) was well maintained. No problem there. Second visit was a disaster! The room, again studio apartment, was filthy, smell like dead cockroach! The jacuzzi (made me laugh) was unfunctional, can hear water dripping from the back of the tub. And the pool, because it was the school holiday, turned green! It was like fish pond with urine smell, and I think they try to clean it so there were a lot of foam on the water! Bad.... bad experience. Maybe will come here when its not that crowded.

Not worth your money. You can get a better hotel with the price. Pictures at website is deceiving. Pool not properly maintained, dirty.

The hotel is dirty and not well maintain at all. We found trash bags and trash around the place. Dead insects around the windows, inside and out. The first room they gave us was not clean, beds were not made, the toilet was NOT EVEN FLUSHED!!! The pool has not been maintain either, the water is "yellowish" color and there are no benches/pool chairs to sit around. Definitely a place that has not been taken care of after his first opening. The pictures online probably reflect how the hotel looked like at inauguration.

Bilik besar walaupun hanya pilih bilik studio aje. Kolam pun besor jereguk, tapi masa gi itu hari lantai kolam, tiles banyak yang dah pecah2, rasanya dah renovate balik kut skang ni. Time cuti sekolah, tempat ni jadi pack gila, sampaikan nak check-in/out kena ambil no giliran, sejam pun masih belum settle. Sesak sampaikan free breakfast, pihak hotel buka dewan besar untuk tampung semua pengunjung. Free breakfast hanya untuk 2 orang saje free untuk sebilik, budak bawah 2 tahun free.. mana2 budak yang dah berbulu, tapi tak dapat free breakfast, sediakan wang yang banyak sebab, breakfast dia mahal.. itu hari dah ada yang bergaduh pasal hal bodoh ni.. gila apa sebilik duk sampai 6 orang, bangang tak bertempat nak juga free breakfast lagi 4 ekor si tua tu! Aku menyampah hotel ni 1 je, time cuti skolah akan ada berbas2 rombongan pelancong dari china, macam setan perangai dorang, pula tu kebanyakkannya orang tua..lagi cam harem perangai tak senonoh dan kotor dorang tu...
Se lagi parking, parking dekat biasalah vip punya, sampaikan ada guard terima rasuah untuk veilfire parking kat tempat OKU, watepak depan kitorang aje ko bagi duit!! Jilake hanat!! Parking biasa ada di sebangunan lagi, menapak jauh juga kat belakang nun, parking ni aje yang tak mesra wheelchair, agak bahaya kalau wheelchair lalu kat tempat naik/turun sama jalan dengan kereta lalu.
Ahh panjang pula review aku..

You cannot bring room towel to the waterpark.
The room condition is not 4 star condition.

First off, in no way is this a 4 star hotel. We stayed over for 1 night in the 3 bedroom apartments as a layover before we headed further up into Malaysia.
This hotel is old. The lifts were very fast to arrive though. The floor mats in the lift have the day of the week written on them. It was changed to the next day's mat the night before. Both mats were dirty. But hey, it's just a lift floor mat.
The room itself isn't very nice but ok. We got a really bad view and I suspect all rooms except the corner rooms have bad views. 2 walls didn't have any windows, 1 faced directly into other sets of rooms (distance was probably about 20 to 30 metres) while the other faced the wall of another room on our level. There was a tiny sliver of sky at the corner of those 2 walls.
The location of the power sockets leaves a lot to be desired but at least there was 1 in every room.
The toilets have dispensers for soap/shampoo (combined as one) as well a 1 wrapped disc of soap. The disc of soap does not lather and barely cleans unless you really rub it in. Perhaps I had an extremely oily face.
The TV is really small but did have 1 hdmi port. I did not test it.
The aircon in my bedroom (3 bedroom apartment remember) suddenly turned off just before we went to bed. There were no remote controls in any of the bedrooms. We had to use a smartphone app (Samsung Galaxy S5 + Peel Smart Remote [using IR Blaster]) to turn it back on and set it up properly. In my room, the aircon only blew cold air on my bed. Fortunately, after we used the smartphone app, we managed to tone down the aircon strength.
Only 1 keycard is given by default. As is normal, power everywhere is cut when no key card is inserted. As is now common, only hotel-type NFC keycards will work.
The front door has an auto closing hydraulic system but does not close completely unless you do it manually. It self closes up to the point where the catch rests on the door frame. When the door is left in that almost-closed position, the locking mechanism makes an annoying beep sound. To me, I feel that the door should either close completely by itself or should close at all. The make-up-room/do-not-disturb card could not really stay on the door handle either.
The mini fridge took very long to get things cold.
There was a cigarette butt wedged in the drain of our balcony when we got there.
Our keycard was disabled at least 2 minutes prior to our original checkout time. This was the most annoying thing ever. Luckily, there were still other people in our room to open the door for us. We did however manage to get a late checkout at the last minute (4-6 minutes prior to our original checkout time).
The wifi was very bad. At night, we lost our internet connection right up till late in the next morning. Once we noticed that many other guests had checked out, I personally noticed that my file transfer speed (connection to home server) went up to about 1.2MB/s which is still quite poor but still usable especially since it became stable.

Waiting line at the counter to check in was too long! The receptionist even told us that she doesnt know how to check us in..what? We also ask them to bring our begs on the luggage cart to our room. What did they do? They left our bags on the luggage cart..unatended..they were valuable item like our laptop. We went back to check our luggage and saw the cart wasnt moving at all..nobody was there so we secided to take our beg ourselves to our room..In our room, we called multiple times for iron..their answer was 'nanti'.. 'tunggu'..then lastly their answer was the iron is in not good condition do you still want it?.hm.very bad service..and oh yeay dont forget to bring your own towel if ur thinking of swimming in the pool or else u have to pay rm10 to borrow the towel and ur not aloud to bring thw hotel towel..

Worst experience I had! Is my 1st time been to this resort (perhaps also my last) 3D2N family trip, my room was right below Penthouse which at lvl 11, heater not function, sliding door lock broken, bathroom window lock broken, some Malay guy rented upper lvl Penthouse and they party with loud Disco music played the whole night! Can't even sleep at all! I called to reception to complain more than 5 times, with hotel staff advice, the music were still on until 1.30am, I request them to call police, police came to check and music stop, after police left, I went back to room prepare to sleep, but there are noises coming from window, without thinking much I just pull the curtain to check out what's going this time from upper level, but it get me so shock that a Malay guy was standing right outside my room's window talking to his fren from Penthouse n he saw me (it's impossible to have someone out there as it is outside window and is lvl 11) I immediately ran to call my sister, when we back to the window, the guy was gone hiding himself at some angle which we couldn't see him, about 5 minutes later my sister saw the Malay guy climb back to Penthouse, I called reception counter again complain and get police to come again, police managed to get 2 Malay guy down to reception counter and 1 of it is the Malay guy who climb down to my window, I pointed to the guy and ask why he climb down? Is he trying do break into my room unit after I 1st call police? (My unit is not safe because all lock broken) His fren explained said he is scare because police came, he wanna hide because he was drunk! Then police asked some details for record purpose. I went back to room, that time already almost 4am! Guess wat! 4.30am, the disco start again! I called police again! Whether the officer came or not I'm not sure, but they tune down the music slightly after that and continue to hav party til morning! Hotel can't even do anything to get this solve! The whole nite was just having fun with police n this drunk Malay guy! The hotel manager get our room change after we make complained the next day, but with 1st nite experience, I keep checking the window as if someone might suddenly be outhere again! I have no answer whether the guy really drunk or he took something else? Only him? But safety and security in hotel might be something need to be concern!

Everything is ok, its only:
The whole big apartment only supply 1 small rubbish bin.
No toilet tissue in the toilet.
The heater no hot at all.
Room air-cond cold but come out very very noise sound, can't sleep well.
Everything is ok. Really... everything is ok.😧

1. The room is big.Good for family.
2. Floor is very dirty.Saw a patch of dirt at one side of the corner. Water heater not hot.
3. Aircon was not cold.Found AC filter very very dusty and evaporator blocked by dirt. I had to do basic maintenance on Air conditioning. Toilet floor trap often choke during bathing time.
4. Sofa saw a lot stain marks.
5. The in house water park swimming pool in very bad condition. The small floor tiles floor tiles on the floor of swimming pool chip off. Had to throw as danger to others.
6. The worst thing is the water is in 'Yellowish' in colour. Confirmed very dirty and looks like it relate to poor maintenance of the swimming pool
2. The hotel restaurant food need to be improve. Not nice.

Bad front desk service. Had to wait for about 30 minutes to check in. No extra pillows and no liquid shower soap provided. We have to ask for the liquid shower soap from housekeeping in charge. But then, aren't u guys supposed to check and provide everything before customers checking in?
Good housekeeping service and they have an entertaining water park. Best to go there for families with children.
Food for breakfast is not that awesome but acceptable.
When we checked out,there were system blackout and all of us have to wait for about 30 minutes again. No one is giving out direction which lane to check out when their no system is out and no one to help out the confused customers.
In conclusion, will never go to this hotel again but will invite my families and friends to try out their water park.
