Kaunter mesin 3,4,5 susahkan pengguna. Membazir tenaga je. Kena dua orang handle satu kaunter.

Customer service very bad. Operation staff very rude and arrogant. Oku is not given priority. Only 1 counter most of the time. Please change the branch manacement. It's the worst service between all the other existing bank which is available in muar.
