Saya adalah salah seorang Mahasiswa UTeM yang merasakan pelayanan super dari Team Bank Islam ini. Terutama ketika integrated Student Card dengan Bank Account mengalami sedikit kendala padamasa yg kritis, kami sekelompok mahasiswa PhD lebih dari 20 org, didampingi hingga masalah kami tuntas oleh team Bank ini, terutama kepada Kak Norhayatti Ithnin dan Kak Siti Nadiah Abu Bakar. Saya kira apa yg mereka lakukan more than standard of services that we found in this bank as generaly. Mereka berdua memantau kami satu persatu progres yg kami lewati, menghubungi bank bila terkait bank, dan bernegoisasi dengan pihak university bila terkait dengan university administration. Thanks for your kind.
Catatan: we have a problem with upgrading of our bank limit transaction since our latest tuition payment on 02March. One of my friend already make a call a day before we need through Call Center (CC) and he got a confirmartion by CC officer at that time that he can use it on next day. I call CC in the morning (about 17 minutes waiting the queue to get answer by operator in a call) and operator said that upgrade will be ok after 15 minutes, then i try about 40 minutes after and i my transaction fail cos of limit transaction. About 14pm, we get a call from bank and that my limit already upgrade in their system he said. So i try again to pay it through my card and still fail. That happend almost to all the student in my group. We lucky meet Norhayatti and Nadya from Bank Islam which come to our group, they help us in this process meskipun yg mereka lalukan sebetulnya tak mudah, kerena menyelesaikan integrated of three objects: student, UTeM and bank it self.
