environments ok, room amenities ok, receptionist ok, food ok, minus for interior design style. too strange and odd for me. and dont have table to put luggage.
but overall, quite nice hotel.

Nice ambience, new hotel and great location. No buffet breakfast Just be careful with durian, the staff will accuse everyone on the same floor before finding the real culprit who brought the king fruit in

At last, a decent modern 3 star hotel in Muar. 👍👍👍
Have always been somewhat disappointed with the hotels in this seaside town in Johor so a reprieve from my concerns. Bei hotel is smallish but smartly designed with all the trappings one would expect for a 3⭐⭐⭐ hospitality establishment. The rooms are quite decently sized with proper toilet facilities. The latter is probably one of the key concerns for me when I was staying at other hotels in Muar.
Overall a good choice (actually the only choice) even though it cost a tad more (super peak rates at SGD 70 / nite) and comes with breakfast.

Pleasant staff, I really appreciate their availability to prepare breakfast even in early morning for my departure. Modern and comfortable room, nice restaurants closeby, large parking area. I think in Muar is difficult to find better places.

Friendly concierge. Friendly Manager. Friendly guard. Nice room. Please check your fridge...it is too hot for a fridge.

Very good. A new very clean well.maintain hotel with staff very friendly, hospital and helpful. Highly recommend to stay in this hotel if you are visiting Muar.

Convenient parking. Clean. The family room was spacious. Ample wall sockets. Firm mattress. Downside are window facing outdoor seating area and walls a little thin.

The hotel looks pretty new, love the modern design. We were lucky to get a corner room, the space and bathroom is huge! Very comfortable and clean. The hotel is very generous with mineral water - 4 bottles in the room. Breakfast - not much choice, it is a small hotel afterall. But it's quite tasty. Gave it 4 stars because the room is very noisy. We had 4 rooms on 5th floor. We all had a certain level of noise. I am not sure what noise it was, it's not continuous. Aircond is not very cold. My uncle had the worst aircond - he even open up the aircond and washed its filter (It was late and he didn't bother to ask for a room change). According to him, the dust is super thick - he forgot to take photos. But it's still warm after that... All the staffs (front desk, restaurant, housekeeping) were very polite and smile a lot. Thumbs up!
