Expecting premier quality. But room wall is dirty. Bed sheet have stain. Toilet leaks everywhere.

It's still newly maintained, overall is okay. The the room is very easy to affect by surroundings noise, especially the "nearby" rooms (not only the room beside left and right but even the front or further rooms). First visited to there, was troublesome by "China tourist" gang impolite noisy, also nearby Indian family kids, most seriously ok was the room on our right side, was a Malay couple with a baby...three days two nights we stayed also bothered by their quarrels until "I kill you" (in malay wordings) appeared, so pity the baby kept crying nonstop. Parents also every midnight fighting and quarrel nonstop until early morning and continued till noon. We can't have comfort sleep at last.... Fainted with that experience!!

Room is quite spacious. Price is very reasonable. Gym and swimming pool facilities are available. Good for its price.
