Kasir amat sangat TIDAK RAMAH terhadap pasien jamkesda, all the cashier have sour face and there's a cashier who called "uni" grumbled to us just because we used jamkesda :(

Bad service and awful staff. Initial diagnosis was unclear. Communication to patient and the family was kept to the lowest level. One needs to keep nagging the nurses and doctors just to get a mere 1-sentence reply. If it weren't for emergency we wouldn't have come here.
Oh, if you're on govt health care (BPJS) then be prepared to put 1 to 2 mio deposit for the short fall... and get event sicker.

Very slow service. 30 minutes or more to just pay the medicine and fees
