Overall the service is good. I had a good experience delivering my baby with the help of dr Nurbaeti and some midwifes and nurses.
However I'm asking the management to pay attention to their nursing room at level 1. The hospital was visited by hundreds of patients everyday, most of which (I believe) were baby and toddlers, but the nursing room was small, won't hold the little patients adequately.
I put a picture here when I and another mothers had to breastfeed outside the nursing room and one needed to change her baby's diaper on the stroller because the nursing room was full (which capacity was only for two occupants!).

It takes so long to just registrate a room, i waited for like 2 hours, there's like less than 10 people. Fix this pls.

Feels like going into a cash sucking machine where you can get a more hospitable treatment by a robot. The doctor don't even try to communicate to me as an intelligent being, just listen to my symptoms, did a check, then order the nurses. The nurses are the opposite of informative, more rote than a robot, and can't even inform me of the prescription I was given before I paid for it (#@?!). The only excellent service is when they ask for the money, and suddenly I'm a human again and treated well with quick payment process. For a hospital, they sure did a better cashier service than medical service.

Fast service, clean area, lots of waiting areas. One of the major hospitals in Cikarang, and this hospital has existed in several other cities before. Having senior doctors attracted visitors to the hospital. Administrative services are slightly faster than some of the other large hospitals, as well as the short waiting time for medicine taking. There is a canteen area inside the hospital, so visitors are easier to get food and drink without must be go out of the building area. A slight drawback is when the hospital first opened its vehicle parking area is very limited, but it seems to be being repaired by adding the parking area behind the building.

Besuk teman yang patah tulang bagian lengan atas,kondisi di dalam maupun dihalaman/dibasemen Rs bersih,,kalau mau besuk ngasih kartu identitas ke pihak pengamanan,sebenarnya ga boleh kalau bukan jam besuk,tapi kalau kita kasih alasan yg jelas boleh-boleh aja asal ga berisik,karna ganggu pasien lain.,Alhamdulilah sekarang teman sudah sembuh dan pulih,bisa beraktifitas seperti biasa.

Penanganan sangat cepat meski harus dibayar terlebih dahulu sebelum berkonsultasi dengan dokter/mengambil obat/melakukan tes lainnya. Sangat bersih dan nyaman karena tidak tercium bau obat yg menyengat seperti di rumah sakit lainnya. Biaya yg dikeluarkan untuk berobat disini cukup menguras dompet.

Rs nya bersih dan rapi, periksa ke dokter anak (dr frenky) antrinya memang agak lama tp cukup memuaskan krn dokternya ramah dan bs diajak diskusi tentang penyakit anak, pemberian obatnya juga berdasarkan RUM

RS MITRA sdh kyak pasar.. tp heran..manajemennya bagga yaa..duit masuk bnyak kali.. sdh ngantri dokter masuknya siang...jam 10 siang..bru buka..ya smga sja pasien anda sabar..

dokter hyhot bagus, tapi sayang pelayanan rs nya tdk berpihak pada pasien:
1. pasang infus tdk profesional di igd, berulang kali, menyakitkan dan tanpa minta maaf
2. ditahan di igd selama sekitar 5 jam lebih kelaparan padahal kondisi sgt lemas
3. respon sangat lambat
4. terlalu byk pernyataan yg ditandatangani pasien dr masuk sampai terima obat sampai minta surat keterangan dokter, orientasi hanya jaga2 jgn sampai rs disalahkan kalo ada apa2
5. perawat kurang ramah dibanding rs harapan keluarga
6. respon dokter jaga dan perawat ruangan lambat
7. bagian gizi, perawat dan dokter jaga kalau ditanya apalagi dikritik langsung defensive dr pada mendengar dna menyimak dgn seksama
8.paling memyebalkan bagian rekam medis yg ngotot tdk bersedia memberi legalisir fotokopi gastrokopi

rumah sakit modern cukup murah dengan ketelitian dokter kandungan yang okee banget dokter spa yahh dokter pake jilbab ada nama bali balinya gituua ngantreenya pake banget tpii puas deh ada log book nya jga buat mommy yang suka ngisi diaray ttg perkembangan bayi

Tidak terima BPJS, tetapi pelayanan sangat memuaskan. tempat parkir luas, dan peralatan medis lengkap. Sangat cocok bagi kalangan menengah ke atas yang berobat atau menggunakan asuaransi dari perusahaan perusahaan tempat bekerja. Kecuali BPJS tidak menerima

Rumah Sakit yang tidak Customer Oriented.
Mulai masuk dari depan gak ada security yang mbantuin nyebrang jalan, tahu sendiri motor itu ngebut2 semua......
Banyak orang setuju parkir depan lebih dekat dan mudah daripada parkir di belakang, tapi parkir depan dipasang rambu KHUSUS DOKTER. Artinya pasien disuruh parkir di belakang yang lebih jauh ...... Kalau pasiennya bayi/anak biar gendongnya lebih lama, kalau pasiennya orang dewasa biar nungguin bapaknya parkir lebih lama, kalau pasiennya yang nyetir mobil biar jalan sempoyongan lebih lama.
Itu baru bagaimana Pasien (baca: Customer) bisa sampai rs ini dengan tidak nyaman, ....
Setelah masuk ke rsnya ya, rasain sendiri aja ......
