(*) antrian kasir rawat jalan pasien asuransi lama sekali.. Tidak ada nomor antrian berkas ditumpuk saja sehingga tidak ketahuan harus menunggu berapa lama lagi... Limit asuransi tidak dicek dari awal sehingga sudah menunggu 40 menit lebih baru diberi tahu limit sudah habis dan harus mengantri ulang di kasir umum. Sangat tidak efektif. tidak lagi rawat jalan di awal bros.
(****) Pelayanan rawat inap, Perawatan persalinan sangat baik dan edukasi pasien ibu setelah melahirkan sangat baik. Bidan dan suster sangat ramah dan membantu.
(**) Skill menyuntik suster perlu ditingkatkan terutama untuk yang (katanya) nadi tipis seperti saya.
(**) tempat parkir kurang ramah untuk ibu hamil, saya harus naik turun tangga saat hamil besar.
(****) Biaya persalinan baik. Berikut saya share foto biaya persalinan dan biaya kamar di awal bros bulan mei 2018.

Nurses are not fast response. I've waited for almost 1 hour and a half from the appointment and still didn't get a clear reason why it took them so long to manage a service for me. Very unprofessional.

Once came here for emergency, huge line up for ER with no feasible place to wait. Staff are not responding well. Eventually we decided to go to other hospital ER. Thats my experience ..

Professional doctors and helpful nurses. Complete with a 24/7 canteen for those accompanying the patients. But if you're a BPJS holder, do not forget to bring your gadget and snacks to kill time.

I have been here many times mostly take the family member seeing a doctor. This hospital is always packed with so many visitors either people taking medical treatment or people visiting their loved one being hospitalized here. My family likes this hospital and usually seek medical treatment here. A clean, modern and quite big hospital. A separate parking building is now available while the old building has been expanded. A nice cafe is available close to the main lobby while a decent canteen and a newspaper kiosk is also available a lower level. The prayer room is mixed between male and female while the size is not big. ATMs machines are also available.

One of the favorite hospital for Bekasi residents. This hospital have new building where this was built about two years ago. This venue has a spacious park area about five floors located at the rear hospital along with motorcycle park area also.
Rooms were extremely clean, of course because this is the most reputable hospital, staff and security officer were friendly and they won't mind to help, they seem prioritize their services.
Also this hospital provides fast food venue, cafeteria and a caffee inside, so you can spend some of your waiting time for prescriptions or doctors. Also, this hospital accept BPJS.

A very professional and clean hospital. I even got a free room upgrade once because the hospital was full.
