Good university, good lecturers, good friends, nice environment (for studying), and last but not least, good communities to develop soft skills. Unfortunately, the bureaucracy is not really student-friendly and the a*a*e*I* staffs are quite.......... nah

nice uni, nice lecturers, nice environment, nice activities. you won't feel bored because there are thousands of events and time will goes so fast, you won't even realize that you are in the last year already.
