I always like going to HIC, they also have restaurant with many delicious food. Hydrotherapy spa & sauna are two my favourite things in there. What more, they offer free exercise class every week. I also booked their guest house several times. Many memories have taken place in HIC :)

Beautiful place. Very big olympic size pool. If you want to enjoy life just visit this place, where you can relax with sauna, hot and cold bath tub, fitness with great gymnasium, badminton hall. And lot of exicitement in one stop place..

A Sport club combine with hotel which will included when you stay or spend nite at the hotel.. Comfortable relax and rejuvenate for your leissure time

The gym is not so satisfy since it has limited workout tool and some of them are broken
But the pool and sauna are very good. The pool is big and has very clear water, they cleaned it every few days. The sauna is also good

The place only have 2 elevator, so in busy days can be a little annoying to wait for it.
The pool is good, got that mini water park so ideal for families.
Hospitality is very good

Got a discount rate when I applied my family membership here 🙌. The gymnasium is quite complete if you want some exercise to put your body in shape. There's Personal Trainer too here with reasonable fee. They also got quite large swimming pool and sauna facility. Love it 😊

Good choice if you want to exercise @indoor buiding.. If you're member, you can use all their fasilities unlimited
